Because as I understood it even in KGC 4th classes are like the opening to Season 2. I'm pretty sure that is how they explained it in KGC, if I am wrong please show me the info you base your position, I am fairly certain though 4th classes are a Season 2 addition.
Just a side note, Season 2 intro videos hit June if not a little earlier in KGC and Season 2 opened in July with the release of Savior, that is how I based my position that Nova = Season 2. Again, feel free to find proof I am wrong and I would be more than happy to investigate more and even pull up some old contacts to confirm.

as you can see the date clearly, its 2008. if you look into the patch details, they have mentioned NOTHING about grabs.

Ok I will give you grabs were probably added in on KGC S1...which means I could have been long gone before they added them (probably playing RO). Since I played KGC back in 2004 until about the end of 2005.
Then again, the theory of same old on war mode could also mean that patch hadn't added the grabs yet. They could have been a small addition to pvp shortly after or they could have been added shortly before the Season 2 patch. I will try to find out when the grabs were actually patched into the game.

Have a generalized list of suggestions and next to each item you can list the overall support or no support result.

Most suggestions nowadays are biased in favor and/or against the Suggester...Even though the idea is good...If the person hates the suggesters guts, he/she'll probably go "NO SUPPORT"...Not that it happens always ...just saying
