Time for some constructive criticizism. Though we've had some bad blood in the past i gotta hand it to ya this time around. This is a pretty good guide though i do not fully understand the difficulty rating system (I'll reread later i guess). The thing i hate is that when other ppel just express their specific character or lag methods on killing bosses (I think this is supposed to be a general guide, am i right?).
I found a few tactics questionable (I'll get back to on that when i reread) nd i think you should add the "jump down from plaform attack, then jump back up attack" (not otto attack cuz its not usable to all) to Mynos's, Ashtaroth's, and Gardosen's melee section (or maybe that just works for AK nd SK, I wouldn't know because my other characters are not strong enough to test it yet)
But anyway good guide again
I would suggest that you rate each boss difficulty based on team and solo play. Some bosses are noticeably more difficult to solo than they are to gang down. Also, you should add a special note for champ difficulties.
For example, temple of fire basilisk is much more difficult as a solo ranged player, since if you sit on the platform without any meatshield right next to him, the basilisk will start smashing the ground and shoot blasts of fire at the platform, all of which is annoying as hell to avoid. In solo play I've found melee tends to have an easier time with basilisk.
In champion mode, the harpy queen becomes ridiculously annoying to kill when she has the recovery and super armor skills.
Little quirks like that.
This was more of a general boss guide, not a specific character guide.
For the basilisk thing, as a ranged character you should be up close and personal with him at all times. This heavily limits his attacks, not to mention he is completely in view. I've always found the fight easier with lire than any other character. Arme is a pain, the others are all the same....annoying.
Nothing changes attack wise, nor strategy wise in champ mode.
Ratings are based on my own solo difficulty.
1) Mind numbingly easy
2) I can still get hit every now and then
3) I get hit occasionally
4) I get hit often
5) Extremely rough fight
I consider myself as one of the best dungeon runners out there, so I think it kind of justifies the numbers through that.
As to how you attack, I never said. I gave suggestions on where to stand in the fight. If you wish to auto/broken auto/combo/whatever, that is your choice. This is to explain the bosses not a guide for each and every character explained in detail.
Instead of videos you could put a picture of the boss. Well, good luck with the videos.
Starkiln added.
Uhh shouldnt Ashtaroth be listed as a boss and Mynos as a mini-boss? I mean Ashtaroth went to Valstrath because he wanted to kill you. After a while, he summons his "Minion" known as Mynos. Ashtaroth is also a higher level than Mynos.
That may be so, but ashtaroth is not the fight inside the boss room.
True but hes stronger than Mynos.
Also hes a rip-off artist. He copies off from all of 4 Ronan Jobs, Battle Mage, and Xenocider's Transform Skill.
Yeah that stinks!
