Ok so I think I have figured it out.
There are 2 other ways to report users of a violation other than Submitting a 1:1 Support.
You can use the report abuse function (currently unavailable until further notice)
Or you can report in game. (need more information on this) Simply right clicking the accused name. I need to make sure that it works for both PvP and Dungeons.
If you are unsure about reporting someone, you can simply send a conversation to one of the player forum moderators.
I might look into adding or editing this in as well, such as not posting report on the forum.

I've read the guide several times, during its continual revamping, its a pretty good guide.
Something that hasn't been mentioned is if they just send you that "copy paste" message, they consider the problem addressed. I'm still waiting on my issues to be dealt with and yet the reports still say "done" beside them, even though one of the reports requires further investigation. How is that "done" in nTreev's eyes. When the problem hasn't even been resolved yet. Its very iritating.

Good question. Although they have read and respond to your question or submission, it doesn't necessarily means that they worked on it already. I believe it means that they have responded to you, and will address the situation as professional as they can as soon as they can. If you still have an issue with the same problem 3 days after the response have been made, then yes you can send another one... unless it is an event problem. Usually event problem, they get many reports about it and fixing the codings of it takes awhile. I hope I helped.

I didn't necessarily "triple post" I am simply letting the community know that I have updated. Not necessarily bumping. I just like to see how much progress I have made.

It works in dungeon and pvp alike. Only when you're in-game though. I still suggest sending a 1:1 along with it, because it always helps. ;D
