Amy can actually can stay in the air forever if you do this right. (and no I haven't perfected mine yet so I can't stay up forever)
But to do it, do a double jump dash, then press x (the spin thing), then do another dash jump, then x, and repeate. If you do this right you will keep jumping in the air FOREVER. Yes, it's very hard, I've been practicing for weeks and I still can't get it right.
For those who like simple explanation, you go: ^ ^ > > x > > ^ x > > ^ x (repeate the >>^x continuously)

and u can do more than triple, in forgotten city map in pvp i can do about 6 or 7 tops

i mastered it two. used proporly, it can get you all the way across hell bridge, when you start going towards the other side right after the first double jump.
up, up and side at the same time, as soon as the double jump that will happen at the end of the dash happens, (you will do part of the double jump, dash, and double jump again,) x, dash and up, as soon as the next double jump happens, x, repeat.
