Ronan Eagle Set bugged?

Just got the Eagle Magic Sword and Eagle Upper Armour, noticed that the stats are somewhat... Strange?

 

Definately alot lower than the other characters versions of the armour/weapons. 

there are already at least 2 topics about this issue, seems like its indeed bugged and its going to be fixed in one of the following updates.
