What character do you want to double grab with? I've only pulled it a couple of times with Lire. =x Basically, it needs platforms. If you grabbed someone near a ledge, where after they get grabbed, they will fall again, that's when you can do a double grab.
Elesis, I know, requires knowledge of stepping.
Arme, if you can Platform Dash Grab, then that's basically how. =o I just read from threads recently that you can do a Reverse Gravity > Grab.

I'm not so famous here,anyway well as fujiko san said u need a platform for elesis sword u need to see the distance if it's far to u, u'll need to dash down but if the distance is near to u hold down and spam dash then press z for both(ya ofcuz!).
for elesis spear(u can double or not it depend on ur enemy coz if ur enemy press left arrow or right arrow not to touch other platform it's useless,well as u requested i'll tell u in elven there are two places which spear man can do double grab is the top it's some thing like this for elven forest
----------x- _x_________------TTTT x=your enemy spot(only for spearman and sword master i include it here becuz it's real hard to find the spotfor those two jobs.)
the top spot u need to grab it to hit _thing before x and make ur enemy go down then juz hold down and simply dash down grab if ur timing is correct u'll get double grab
for the second spot u need to grab ur enemy to the last T(from left to right) then hold down aim for the right timing on the floor to grab.
for sword master is same as spear man
For lire u can either dash down or hold down until u reach the lower platform or floor then dash get the right timing then grab...
for xbow u need to grab ppl _thing before x as shown upper1 and u'l immidiatly go down there will be some delay for u so juz clamly w8 on the lowest floor then walk get the timing and distance then grab!
for Arch ranger u can juz simply dash down and then grab
for arme u can juz simply use delay and dash down or if juz grab but i prefer use stone curse then dash down grab coz after that the enemy will get stone oso hehe :P
well for alchemist u can juz simply dash down and grab but if u wanna do quadruple grab u'll need to use mist or haste or lag then dash down grab that way will help u get quadruple grab or some fool enemy press the button against u it'll be infinity grab!
for las juz simple dash down grab it's almost same as alchemist but las can do triple grab wif out delay but the third grab also depend on ur enemy if ur enemy press button to get away from u then there's no way for it after the first grab u juz dash down aim for air grab for the second grab then the third grab after u reach the floor swiftly dash to grab ur enemy
for assasin is also simple dash down and grab
for ryan oso juz simply dash down and then grab...
for sentinel(i play sea server but anyway it's same) u juz simple dash down then grab
For all i said simply dash down then grab u'll need to know the distance that ur opponent will fall and is it enuf time to grab or not so u can test it out by urself.

Infinity grabs tips only for wolf(30 sec only T.T)
same as alchemist but ur enemiy wont go down if u grab him wif wolf
All second grabs require to be near the ledge(the distance is depending on class that which distance will require it to do second grab.)

Lol? If it did, I would never have achieved a double grab with Elesis in my life, unless I was stepping without realizing I was :/.
I get double grabs a lot with Elesis, Lass sometimes, and Lire kinda meh, all you do is throw them off a ledge, dash off and air grab them, Ryan can do it to.
