i think he's asking where/how/what to do and what he needs (at this point XD) for upgrading his anklet (the defense one), at least thats what i decrypted XD 

 

decryptation: how do you upgrade the ankler thing i've been clicking everywhere (suppose also with no result XD)

You click P. Up and have the correct amount of Aging Cores.  1 to make it to level 1, 2 for level 2, etc.

Aging cores upgrade runes. Gems bought in the shop upgrade anklets and necklaces.
