How do i use pot for Arme?

OK im level 15 and i bought the Gorgos Pot.  whenever i click on it on the equip screen it says i do not meet the requirements. Please tell me what is wrong thanks.

You need Arme's Second job Alchemist unlocked.  You can unlock it by buy the quest scroll in the Academy part of the shop and completeing the mission.
