how do you activate a skill

how do you activate the cash skill with a tiny sword at the bottom with a spiral around it?

You equip cash skills. You then press space bar in game to interchange between Type 1 and Type 2 Skills. Type 2 being the Cash Skills.

  1. Go to Equip.
  2. Click on Skill.
  3. Click on the Cash Skill to equip them.  

That's it.
