I think this is the explaination.....
If you bought 20k and only got 10k, then 10k worth of PBC Pixels were added. Pixels are a digital currency that can only be used on the same game and same account. Pixels are also explained on the back of each card.
That's a throw out... I'm not sure if it's pixels... but if it is, there's an explaination.
