This bugg happens to me twice in Kastulle Ruins Upper Floor.
I tryed to loot some dragon equip with my crossbow and there was a arrowdef. Paradiminy, but it suddenly dissapear.
The problem was, that i didn't kill it, so i cant finish the stage and had to leave the room, although i looted some nice things ><
