Lire second job quest

Well im almost 20 so i was wondering if some one could tell me how to do the quest, were do i start it and what do i need to do.

well i just find the best looking gaikoz team and look for seals first while your looking for seals you also get some frags if you get 10 seals before you get the 300 frags then just do the marsh a couple of times or gaikoz (^_^)
