MUST READ! What to suggest and not to suggest...

I have been lurking the Suggestion Forums for quite a while now and i must say...

Many suggestions have been repeated constantly by different people...Nerf him, Nerf her, Nerf that atk, I wanna start as a boy, yadayadayada...

If you're reading this, and you started to think of your own Ideas to improve GC then heres a few things that you MUST consider when making a specific type of suggestion

But first...a very important message

Have a brain Think before and while suggesting !!

By this we mean that you , the suggester should get informed about the subject you are suggesting and know each and every detail that has even the smallest relevance to your suggestion. If you just send in a suggestion like : Add new content for amy !!! ; and that`s it , well it is a completely moronic suggestion.
Here on the suggestion forums , you should think about your suggestions in depth and be smart enough to give detailed explanation to why you think your suggestion should be talked about between the game staff and maybe actually implemented.

1. Nerfing/Buffing Characters and/or enemies

If you're gonna make a Nerf [Character Name] or Nerf [Boss/Enemy]...You need to have a legimitate reason for it, and it must be agreed by many players of the game...

Example...of what to suggest

I want that they Nerf Ronan cause his Divine Slash cause far too much dmg than intended

Example...of what to not suggest

Nerf The girl chacs cause they OP, way more OP than the Boys, and its supposed to be the other way around

If you're suggesting due to you you not able to beat said Char/Enemy...Then learn to play better, and complain less...

2. Changing Job Missions, or suggesting New ones

I know many people have complained about changing the GP Job Change Missions cause they are time consuming ir because they are too hard...THATS THE POINT...they have complained about the drop rates being too low...Their rates are low but that doesnt mean they're impossible to get...They have complained about the 2nd Job having to collect 300 shards and that it should be lowered...They have complained bout the 3rd and 4th Jobs cause they arent very good in PvP...No one will support this because have have obtained them this way and it shouldn't be change just for your advantage...It is time consuming, but it can only be obtained through effort...Also...Keep this in mind...Grand Chase is a "Fighting/PvP" Type of MMO...No matter what...You'll have to PvP here...thats why we have missions that have reqs where you have to win...

3. Adding New Content to the game...

It is very hard for Ntreev to put New features to the game because Korea's KoG is the main developer of GC but if you can come up with a VERY good idea, it may be possible for the KoG developers to put your idea to work...but dont expect EVERY idea put here to be inplemented, because it is at Ntreev's and KoG's discretion

However, you must put up a good introduction about it, explain it and show why it could be good for GC...

4. Armor/weapon Ideas

If you suggest weapons/armors that are missing from the list, dont keep suggesting it, because NAGC is being constantly updated, all armors will come at their Due Time...

However if you wanna suggest new armor and weapons, use the following format for a better description about it

Item name : -the item's name-
Description : -what do you see as a description when you hover your mouse over the item-
Item type : -Is it a weapon , accessory or w/e?-
Price : -The price of the weapon , duh-
Shop : -This goes with the type and price (if it's P.up then it has it's own shop zone :p)
Level : -Obviously ...-
Looks : -2.5D/3D image would be best suited but a 2D image is good too-
Stats : Divided in
-----> Attack =
-----> Defense =
-----> Vitality =
Abilities : -If it's a pet it can have abilities , a set can have an ability too (look at the newest Saku's set , has a 5% more defense)-

5. Event Ideas

If you wish for an original event made by your suggestion, it must have a good introduction to back it up, what prizes if could provide and how it could be an entertaining for the community

6. Nerfing and/or eliminating Grabs

There is a very bad reputation behing grabs because they cause more dmg than skills but that doesnt mean that they're the only way to win...using grabs is either strategic or very barbaric to use...That is still no reason to take grabs off...They were developed to increase the competitive spirit in PvP. Grabs are used to cancel skills and cause moderate dmg but its part of PvP these days, and theres no reason to remove it....I know theres many kinds of grabs that are manipulated to one person's advantage but even these grabs have a blind spot and it is up to you to find out what it is.

7. Trade System

The trade system is a big negatory in GC...This system has many flaws that are very hard to fix...Mnay people have suggested Trades and limiting them to certain people but its still something that has its flaws that cant be worked out...Until someone comes out with an idea to make trading foolproof against abusers, dont suggest the Trading system UNLESS you have found every way that it can be manipulated and abused and find a way for it to be fair...However...Remember that GC doesnt have the many rare items to support this system

8. Suggesting New Characters

New characters are for the fan media, and Ntreev has no authorization to add new characters whose ideas were suggested by players...The 9th Character SiegHart the Gladiator still haven't been released and until then, no new characters will be added, so dont suggest new characters, instead, show them off in the Fan Media.

9. Necklace Suggestion

Many people have been complaining about the necklaces being impossible to level up, but they are not impossible to level up. The necklace rates vary from time to time and they are all different for every player ( aka its all luck). There is already people who have L9 Necklaces, so that proves its not impossible for that. You need the time and gems to get them, just take your time.

You can suggest New elemental necklaces and hope they can be implemented, just be reasonable about the suggestion

10. Starting as a Male Character, and not a Female Character

This suggestion is a huge NO cause...Unlike other MMOs, Grand Chase follows a storyline, involving the 3 Starter characters Elesis, Lire and Arme. In order to preserve that storyline, you must use the female characters...There are many console games where you have to start off as a girl, so you can unlock the male characters later on...Grand Chase follows the same principle. There's 4 male characters, 2 easily obtained, 1 which is a bit time consuming and one that takes a high leveled character to unlock. Many who complain about why you have to start with a girl are ofetn labeled Sexists, and are scorned by the community...Also, using a female character even though you're a boy has nothing to do with your sexual preferences. After all, 80% of the ingame community who are boys often use the females and it doesnt make them any different....Also...Once you use the females, you figure out that the females have strong points that overcome their weaknesses and makes them far more useful and reliable than the male chars.

11. Lifting Region Blocks

Region Blocks are placed there for the following reasons...The following info comes from Forum Mod:SeraphSinger

1. Latency issues. The longer the distance from the main server. The greater the "lag" will be.

2. Currency fluctuation may affect with the payment of ntreev. It would be more difficult to solve an issue if a predicament arise.

3. If a region has a license. Then one should play in their own region. That way, 1 and 2 will create less problem.

4. Ntreev is under contract. Contract is voided if Ntreev goes against what the contract says.

Welcome to the thread I am now hosting, it will feature mainly one thing:
Things the community as a whole wants nerfed. Pretty simple, I'll keep this thread active with EVERY thing the community wants to be hit in the face with a nerf batman.

Alright, here is how I will judge what I believe the COMMUNITY(Note, I said community, not what you or I want) wants nerfed:

1: 2/3rds of out of the thread members with over 100 posts MUST agree that they also want it nerfed.

2: It must be an actual thing, not something like the glitch with Hybernation(Ryan's XX shield) making him invincible for 60 seconds, thats not something that needs to be nerfed, thats a glitch that needs to be fixed.

Alright, after the last few threads I have seen, I'll just start it with three, please post suggestions on how to fix these if you have them, and any other thing you want to see nerfed:

Athena's sword(Either subtract from the range or the buff)

Dokaebi(Make it like DA)

Protection of Fire(Lower the Reflection, or super armor, I honestly am not sure about what to do with this one)

Lire's 1st bar skills(Lower the damage)

Wild throw+stun(Lower the stun time)

There we go, any suggestions are welcome.

Note: I've been getting flamed in PMs for making newb suggestions, some of these aren't my ideas, I simply add what the community wants, not my personal wants.

Have a Mode where you can't use Skill tree I'm tired of Ryans Camp Healing all over the place and don't say " put no skill tree rooms " because obviously someones not gonna listen. Also Lire with Poison Arrow/Ice Arrow with SharpShoot :l or just Poison arrow Grab :l. Just an Idea and yes "Why dont you use your own skill tree" It just so happens I don't like thief or other first jobs. But just a suggestion I kinda liked it before all the people had skill tree. I just believe ST makes it easier for you too win for certain skills...atleast the newbies..

Use a Different Connection for GrandChase :(

Not a complicated Suggestion :)

I suggest that items that get randomized at the complete screen

Such as Aging cores, runes, and such, should be able to be picked up right after they are passed by on.

But there could be an option if you want it or not,(like free loot and group)

instead of having some event or waiting for a quest for the weapons and/or armor

how about it being purchasble in the shop for crystals ? say like maby 200 crystals for armor and 150 for weapons (gorgos is getting very tired.....)

or maby even more judging how powerful the armor makes you *-* iuno

and,if that person likes the clothes he/she is wearing now, the time has expired,they hav to be forced to wear

What the hell is this? I think it should be changed for multiples at a time (especially those for Seal Breakers and SPR Cards)

I've been playing from over an year on grand chase now, it's still fun and i still like it, that's also thanks to all the updates u always do and to the suggestions ppl make, so imma do my own:

Since i joined Grand Chase, i have NEVER EVER seen the loading screens informations change, and... it's really odd to see after 1 year of gameplay: "You can now change continent in the world map!" or "You can now hotkey items to use in battle!" i mean... c'mon... everybody knows that as of now, isn't it about time to change it with some more useful informations? and for useful i mean like: "Grabs are the only way to kill some1 in pvp with lag" *j/k*, anyways what does everyone think? the server is always updating, yet these old information make it seem like there's a lack of interest from the GC Staff, wich i know is not true...

Patch Voting?

So people have been asking about patches and future content. I think the Grand Chase Staff should put up a list of items that can be patched and install all the future content, etc. Then, us, Grand Chase players will decide which should be patched first and such. Next, the majority of the vote will have their future content implemented into the game and shall go on with the next patch(s).

Making Seal Breaker Scrolls available in GP

i just think its unfair to those who cant afford to pay for the seal breaker scrolls and they still get the seals anyway. so they just take up space in the inventory. i was thinking that maybe yall should make it GP also. maybe you can make the first 2 grades of seals GP purchasable and the Premium be left in Cash or something? im just saying that maybe you should make it more fair to the less fortunate players who cant afford to pay the price for the scrolls in Cash.

P.S. if anyone on the forum thinks im crazy or something, please keep it to yourselves. i look at your suggestions too and i keep MY mouth shut so please have the same respect and do the same? i'm trying to help in any way i can, just like you and it isnt fair that yall would bash me for trying to help

I live in a small town and my Blockbuster doesn't have any and my 7 Eleven rarely has.

So my suggestion is to put Ntreev cards to more stores like CVS, Rite Aid, and Target.

I want to get more Cash but it is just hard to get Cash if you put Ntreev cards in CVS and Rite Aid I will get cash more easier

Permanent "C+" Mode

okay, it doesnt really have to be C+ exactly maybe D+, or B-, but thats not my point.

as anyone who plays C+ rooms would know, theres always that guy who walks in, level 65 cash armor, with like 700 defence. God i hate that guy. he just sits there and camps with his myurin , absorbing your hits like a peanut butter and jelly sammich would absorb... ham (?) not really making it weaker, but making you definately not want to take a bit out of it.

where was I? oh yeah, it would work kinda like this;

instead of walking in to a C+ room and spending a half hour setting up a suit of armor, thats ever so close to 1256 total stat points, Grand Chase would do it for you, no mattert what you were wearing. Everyone would end up with generaly the same stats, maybe varying from charachter to charachter, i was thinking somewhere along the lines of 400 ATK, 400 DEF, and 400 VIT, for a nice round amount.

not only would this make set stat fighting funner, and more fair, as well as more skill based rather than armor based, but it would also make lower leveled charachters more interested in playing, because they would also have a chance to beat that big bad level 65 with all the hardcore BA armors and the big scarry necklace effect.

i even doodeled up a quick little picture for the sida-a-majigger

a Contest too see who could Design the best armor and weapon for any GC character and it would be implemented in Grandchase.

1st place : gets there design unlimited to them and the description would say who it was designed by. you can think of any other awards or prizes should be held once every 6 months

sometimes, someone will constantly harass you verbally when you're trying to do something. i was just wondering if you could add a little Mute function or button that will make it to where you couldn't see what they type. Kongregate.com also uses this system and that is where i got the idea. all credit goes to them. and it works great. you can block out the Trolls, the Flamers, the Spammers, u name it. i think it would be helpful for more peaceful gameplay

Weapon Update! (GP)

I was recently looking through the weapon list for all characters, in the GP section, and noticed that they are VERY imbalanced.

For example, Lass has lv 55 weapons for all of his jobs, making him by far the best off. Elesis, Arme, and Ronan only have lv 55 weapons for a couple of their jobs, while characters like Jin cap off at lv 50, for 1 job only, while poor Amy has to make do with lv 45 weapons for her first job only!

No character has a lv 61 GP weapon, despite there being a lv 61 armor set.

It's not just the upper end of things either, some of the newer characters have massive gaps for some jobs, in terms of weapons. Seighart has a Lv5 Gladius, then, skips to lv 20! Jin's Knuckles and Tonfas more or less force you to alternate between jobs.

The 4th jobs, and the 3rd jobs, and Amy, and Jin, have all been out for quite a long time now, and the level cap has been set at 65 for ages too (Although, it might be set to rise to lv 75 soon, adding even more need to this argument!). There is NO EXCUSE for these massive gaps. Why should GP'ers be forced to use Knight or Spearman at lv 55+, when they have Savior and Swordmaster, but the weapons are too weak to use? Why should Amy be forced to weild a lv 45 weapon, at lv 65?

I hope people support, because there is no real reason not to.

Also, as a side note, even with weapon sets that are quite complete, it still plaes in comparison to every other version. I played BGC a while ago, and there were weapon for more or less EVERY SINGLE LEVEL for EVERY SINGLE JOB, unless said job was unobtainable at that level. This proves that it's not lack of designs for the weapons holding them back, if BGC can manage 65 different sets for each character.

Gifting a player items in the shop

Dear GrandChase,

I suggest that you should make a Gift System that can sent shop items to the player. Most games have the gift system. I think you should put one gift system on the shop too.

Why am I suggesting this?

I wanted to buy my school gf [ Also plays Grandchase ] a character. But the shop it don have the gift system, so too bad I need to buy another 3 Cherry Credits. So I suggested.

People love discussing what may be next during the maitenences, and i figured it'd be a good idea ;o;

Kind of pointless to have so many of them, and this way, they wouldn't have to get constantly locked. :o
