As for Elesis vs Gaikoz, there's.. well, not a trick, but a pattern you can make use of to make him a lot easier. I find it easiest to do on the left but it can work on the right, too.

First, lure him all the way to the left, and onto the second ledge, the one just above the ground. Try to stay on a different level than him as you lure him over, just for safety's sake. Then get into a position so you're hitting him from the right, with him to your left and the edge of the stage wall. Keep using your Double Attack combo, not the launcher, until he teleports. The instant he teleports, stop attacking and drop through the floor, dashing toward him. He'll miss the slash and miss with the rocks. Then you can jump up behind him, and repeat the process. This will push him to the right after a few combos, so you might ned to lure him over, or start attacking from the left so he'll teleport back to the other side, but this makes the fight far more controlled.

The only thing he'll do if you're doing it properly is the teleport move because he never gets a chance to do anything else. If you delay at any point, he might do the fast attack where he teleports all around the big circle, but that move gives plenty of warning and can't kill a recovered Elesis.

If you're losing control of the fight, I suggest fleeing to the other side to recover your health, then lure him back again when you're ready to resume. Best time to use Air Spiral in that setup is immediately after he teleports, because he'll stand still and expose his back while you're under and behind him, optimal positioning.

Overall tip: Use potions when your health is getting extremely low.

I dont think you quite understood what I meant

i sayed when eather in fatal or when getting right in the kill knockdown

if jest extremely low if not at fatal you can regen so it will b jest a waste of a potion.

Since you can only take 3 I wouldent advise this

Alternative Strategy using Lire/Arme Combo: Air Juggle

Suggested team: 2 Lire, 1 Arme.

Other Teams:
1 Lire (Very Competent)
1 Arme/Elesis/Ronan, 1 Lire (Very Competent)
1 Elesis/Ronan, 2 Lire.
2 Arme, 2 Lire

Gaikoz is a lightweight Boss, therefore, launchable and a good juggle target. An example of a heavyweight boss would be Red Gorgos, because you cannot launch him.

The general strategy is simple. Luring Gaikoz to one side of the room then launching him into the air using Arme's Quake attack.
(Left is preferred, as Gaikoz tends to go on the elevated platform on this side more than the right side, since it is higher on the right)
Elesis' Air Launcher also works, but risks knocking Gaikoz back down before the juggle begins. Ronan's Air Launching works a little better, but does not go as high as an Arme's Launch.
Another method of launching is to use Lire's Arrow Rain skill: Lire's only launch.

After Gaikoz is in the air, Lires should quickly get under, and shoot upwards and towards the wall which Gaikoz is being juggled towards.
Shooting upwards and away from the wall will cause Gaikoz to stray in that direction and create a hard to control juggle.
While it is possible to keep Gaikoz in the air using one very skilled Lire, having two decreases the risk of him hitting the floor.

The general method for performing this as Lire is to walk forward while aiming up. Shoot x arrows, then dash attack (away from the wall), walk forward while aiming up, repeat.
Just remember that dash attacking will attack in the direction opposite of your dash. One wrong move can end the whole juggle.
If your Lire Partner can cover you, be sure to fire an occasional Arrow Rain for more damage.
The non-Lire launchers can attempt to help by:
Arme using Quake on the landing zone just in case he gets close.
Elesis using Jump attacks to keep him in the air a little longer.
Ronan using the launcher on the landing zone right when Gaikoz is about to hit the ground.

In the end, Gaikoz will stay in the air, no one will get hurt or die, and you have yourself an easy victory.

I changed the name of one skill, redid the "What Should I Do?" sections and color coded them to each character.

With Arrow Rain, you should be directly below the paradom.

Already covered this. I said: "If you end up it front of him, just double jump over him." You missed it when you butchered my quote. ;(

Arrow Rain IS affected by the shield! Ask any Elesis or Ronan whacking Paradom from the front of the shield when you use Arrow rain whether they got damage... I've "team killed" because of this once before I knew what was going on.

The reflective shield is of a vertical nature, and should only be reflecting horizontal shots. As Arrow rain is a completely vertical attack, the only way this would get reflected is if it hits the shield directly coming downwards, and if your mates are right above the shield... for reasons unknown. I've yet to teamkill my mates pulling this off, and none of my buds noticed themselves getting damaged/killed when I used it while they were right next to Paradom (not above the shield).

Safe spots:

VS Paradom:

1.) When firing X+ laser, stay on bottom, maneuver appropriately around lazers. Walking should suffice.

2.) When neutral, stay on top platform, attack, and avoid the first part of the X+ combo. If you are hit by it, press down to fade through the floor quickly, lest you be hit by the + part. If he does the side transfer, you will take the least amount of damage here.

3.) When using Danger Laser, if you were at the top, just duck to the floor, and run under him, to unleash a special.

VS Lich:

1.) The easiest by far. When Lich is on the ground near either the right or left corners, step up onto the platforms and attack him there. Elesis and Ronan can infinitely combo from here, and Lire and Arme, if they can't do an infinite, will at least be safe, as the only thing he could do is just jump up to your level.

VS Gaikoz:

1.) Stay in either the left or right corner, and attack Gaikoz from inward, when he is close to the corner. He will vanish, and appear in that corner, where you can just jump behind him into the corner and back attack him. He will vanish again, and end up in the corner. Keep this up, and he will be dead in no time.

Oh and I almost forgot

Theres a little tip that I used to stay alive when my life dropt to 0(only reason I have ronan now lol)If your life drops down to 0 you can use a potion to save your life aslong as you use it before you touch the ground(I am not really sure about what I said but that guy hit me with hidden dragon and killed me and I used a potion and stayed alive lol{I got a compliment saying nice move from the lvl 26 or so pro lol})

I don't know, your Lire strategy for Paradom seems overly complex. Here's how to have a total cakewalk with him. ^_^

Whatever side Paradom is on, stay under him, and a little bit towards the corner. Always shoot up at him and preferably trying to get back damage, and just save your skills until he performs "+" Beam.

Paradom's Shield Reflecting Arrows? Not to worry, you're shooting under him, so, they won't hit that thing.

Shooting him from under, then he starts to do "x" Beam? You're safe, so quickly charge 2 bars, then release right when he tries to hit you with the "+" Beam.
You'll Arrow Rain through the attack, and the falling arrows will deal a nice amount of damage, since you're not attacking him in a "Red" state (where Back Attacks do the same as normal)
If you find you don't have enough Skill Power to use Arrow Rain during "+" Beam, then just dash away from under him, then back under him when he's done.
Of course, you can always try to Big Shot upwards through "+" Beam, but then again, it doesn't last as long as Arrow Rain... so you might get hit.

If you end up in front of him, you can always Double Jump Over him. That skill is handy after all, huh? =P

In short: Stay under him, and slightly behind him at all times (to do more damage), he's easier to predict when you're not far from him, and his attacks are way easier to dodge. Just rely more on Arrow Rain, since hitting Paradom effectively with Shooting Star is downright impossible (Only time you can hit all the arrows for Back Damage is when he uses Danger Beam on the ground, but he's in a Red State, so it's just regular damage... Arrow Rain performing Back Damage is more effective and safer, because Arrow Rain is the only one of the 3 skills unaffected by the reflectshield.)

Edit: Anyways, about the Danger move for Paradom, it's 2 platforms for the lower two and 1 platform for the upper one. He usually does it on the bottom though from what I've seen.
I'm adding them as we speak.

Paradom will only do his Danger move in the air if one of the players is on the top platforms. Having someone up there sometimes can be a good way to keep people more alive in a team fight, because it's easier to dodge that beam than the one along the ground.

As a sidenote for Elesis and Ronan players against Paradom, on the left side, both platforms are even with Paradom so you can freely combo without falling down, but on the right side, only the top platform is, so go up there, and if you're Elesis, use ZZZZZ->-> (double attack) instead of ZZZZZ^ (air combo), since otherwise you'll miss him with the air part.

For Gazikou, with Elesis it should be better to keep back attacking him to do more damage and have a second more to dodge his attacks.
