Try downloading a program called WinRar. It's similar to WinZip, but can extract more varieties of extention files. Though WinRar is often a trial version, it can still be used to extract/compress even when the trial period is over.

Be sure that all the segments of the Grand Chase clients are found in the same directory, extracting from the first file.

then you might need to download a program that can extract the rar files

if your using windows (which I bet you might be) then you might want to try "wrar380" which is what I use (you can search for it on google)
