I am also having this same problem. It doesn't even really attempt to connect it just says user name or password is incorrect, but I can log-in on the website.. clearly. :(

Well i have done this alrdy but they take over week to them to reply to it usally an i want to play... I was hoping someone aldy knw how to fix..

Try sending a 1:1 Report? Hopefully the GMs can look into this.

Im having the same problem but when i type in my id an pw nothing pops up not wrong pw or anything just sits there after i press log in.... Yet i can log in the site so would be awsome if someone could reply to this post :)

Hello,

i played a long time no grandchase and i decided to play it again. After i installed and patched the game i startet it and wanted to log in. Every Time i want to login there comes a message "Incorrect Password".

The funny thing is i can login here with this password and not in the game. After many tries i write my password in a txt file and copy and paste it and what is ? it doesnt work :(

Need Some Help...
