omg why wont i get a seal from gaikoz... i did 3 stars and i have done 18 times (and counting) with cash mission. someone told me that i have to not die, is that true? is there a trick to getthing this seal?

Why is it that I cant purchase cash items? When I try to purchase the spearman mission(cash version), it opens a new window saying "Navigation to this webpage has been cancelled" or something like that. I tried purchasing it on both my laptop and desktop and they both say the same thing. What do I do?

By the way, I am connected to the internet by a 2wire through a ethernet cable( both my laptop and desktop).

So I just downloaded the game on the family computer, but when I try to run it, I get Gameguard Error 0. *ahem*

Anyone have any kind of idea what this is? I've tried redownloading, turning firewall off, running as administrator, nothing is working... This is on Windows 7, by the way. Help please?

Edit: I found the problem, there was a file that wasn't where it was supposed to be and I fixed it. It's working now

I was playing in king guans fen at 3star and i did it solo. but the the problem is, at some part of the dungeon, normally the scene that you see sieghart that room, well i dusn't show up and the game kicks me out of the room and say ''client error 001. please restart the game and patch again." I DID restart the game and i did the dungeon again and its still the same! And i have every single update even redownloaded and still nothing so im asking now what must do?

Well, I posted a thread about Grand Chase freezing on me and no ones not helping me or posting suggestions for me... So I decided to make another one....So yeah... I can't even play Grand Chase it always freezes after the KOG Logo shows up into a Black Screen before the Log-In Or if it isn't that I sometimes get to the Log-In with out it crashing into a Black Screen even though I have to wait a few minutes or 10 Minutes till the Log-In shows up sometimes... So anyway I sometime get into the game but when I pick the Server I want to play in it ends up crashes or ETC....... and if that isn't it I GET into the game and then 2 minutes after when I just got into the game it ends up crashing it's just so annoying T_T....

Here.. I'll even give you my computer details please tell me if I can play Grand Chase....

My comp does meet the requirements to run Grand Chase but everytime I load it, it will run to the login screen then automatically shut down and reboot itself. What im asking is does Grand Chase use Vertex Shader/Pixel Shader version higher then 2.0?

We have received many feedback from players regarding Gameguard Error 7c.

One thing which seems to be in common with players having a problem is the Windows XP 64-Bit edition.

Grand Chase is only compatible with 32-Bit editions of Windows XP(home or pro w/SP1 or SP2).

We've also noticed several players' forum signature with Service Pack 3 RC2(Release Candidate 2) installed on their Windows XP 32-Bit editions. As Service Pack 3 is still in development and has not reached RTM stage(Released to Manufacturing, RTM usually refers to the final code), it may cause problems with running Grand Chase on your computer.

If you have installed SP3 RC2 on your 32-Bit Windows XP, please uninstall and revert back to SP2 and Grand Chase should run as normal.

Hey all! So I noticed this problem last week for myself. I can't rename my pet! Not sure if this is a new problem or not, but like I said, I just noticed this. Is anyone else having this problem or I'm I the only one? Is there a way to fix it, because I have no clue. Anyone got any ideas? lol

Grand Chases freezes at the login screen

I've been trying to log onto Grand Chase for days now, but it won't work because it always freezes at the log in screen. Everything works fine up until the log in screen, the whole screen just turns black, the only way I'm able to see the screen if is I press Alt+F4, but it'll still be frozen with the exit window, making me restart my computer by pressing the power button.

Is there a way to fix this? I tried re-installing Grand Chase but that didn't work

Hi.

I have 2 computers that have this game installed but neither of them can run it properly.

The first one is a Windows Vista Home Premium OS 64-bit, it can enter the game just fine but when I reach the Now Loading screen (entering dungeon), it just freezes on there. I can hear the music and Lire saying "Are you Ready?" as normal, but no key inputs do anything nor can I see anything.

The second one is a Windows Vista Basic OS laptop 32-bit, it worked just fine until one day, after a certain patch (NOT Sieghart patch, go back to sometime after Striper was released), the game had a BSOD whenever it tried to make the splash screen come up (after gameguard picture), and resets itself.

No matter how many times I reset either computer, the problems do not disappear! I want help because I spent at least $45 on this game and I love it so much! I want to come back.....

alrighty, i have been on and off of GC recently, and i have also installed the windows 7 trial recently as well. i tried reinstalling GC, and it worked fine for one day. i come back to play it again today, and realize the patch isn't initializing, so i reinstall GC. now i get an error message, that says error 0. does anyone else have this problem, or am i just special?

BTW, the message reads as:

Error 0

I don't know if i should do that or if i should see if anyone has a fix for this.

Whenever i try to load the grandchase installer, it always brings up an error message saying that the installation program is corrupted, and won't let me install the game. I've tried the /NCRC switch thing, and it still won't install. Any help?

Window Mode

Is there any way to change the game's settings outside of the game?
My computer seems to restart any time I play an MMO that plays Fullscreen.
I need to turn the game to Window mode, but I can't if it restarts the comp right when it opens.
