Discrepancy between Patch Notes and Event Description

In the most recent patch notes it states: "Acquiring Sieghart through either Cash or GP missions will award Gladiator Sieghart's Signboard (permanent), Gorgos' Gladius (200 Uses), and Gladiator's Dark Wings (15 Days) "

But in the game and in the event description it states that this signboard is only a 15 day item. (not permanent)

Which of these is correct?

Hey.. i've been trying to charge cash.. i got visa.. and i can't pay with it directly becouse it allows only US and Canada... the problem is... I can't get paypal to work... and Click and Buy tells me : Address unknown. all the time and I can't complete registeration...

Is there any other way to charge? I can't use pre-paid it also have issue with my country i think.. (Israel)

survey not giving me my cash

I did every thing i told me to do and still no cash i did like 3 mobile survey things got the pin put it in and I didnt get my free cash points. I should have 34750 cash points right now T_T I want my cash. Anyone know how to solve this problem and anyone know the account admin's email address so i can tell him about this problem.

7767 error - How to resolve

I've had this error many times, and the accountadmin (Synnie) told me how to get it fix quickly.

It has been brought to our attention that the “Account Name” account may have been Traded, Sold or has been accessed by multiple users. The account in question is under investigation due to being linked to other accounts that have violated the Terms of Use Agreement.

When an account is reported, or its security appears to have been compromised, the Ntreev USA Account Administration Staff will disable access to the account while we conduct an investigation. [Once we are confident that any and all communiqué is being addressed for and by the registered user of any Ntreev USA account (and only the registered user), we will proceed with the investigation process.]

Posting advertisements of any kind on our Website, in-game or otherwise, is strictly prohibited as noted in our Terms of Use Policy.

Any violation of the Terms of Use Agreement can and will be actioned up to and including termination of the account(s). The Terms of Use Policy can be reviewed at the following link: http://www.ntreev.net/Account/termofuse.aspx

Unfortunately this isn’t an error I can eradicate in entirety. At some point in the past, this account became compromised (accessed or access was attempted) by someone other than the registered user, OR it shared IP addresses with other accounts known to be in violation of the Terms of Use. Due to those associations, every time one of the other accounts is actioned, yours is being flagged.

In instances such as these, the best course of action would be to simply email me here with the first set of questions I asked you attached and let me know it’s happened again. If that is the reason for the error you are receiving I can fix it promptly.

How to resolve

The first thing you should do is send an email to accountadmin@ntreevusa.com with 7767 as the subject title and with the following information:

1.   Full Name:

4.   Billing Type (for recharge):
5.   Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy):

If the information is not sufficient to unban your account, GM_Syn will email you asking for the following information:

4. Billing information:
      · (If PayPal - the email used to charge with, if Credit Card - the last 4 digits)
      · (If Click & Buy or Ultimate Game Card – Full code that was used to recharge)

8. The answer to the account secret question:
      · (Insert Secret Question Here)

If the information is correct and assuming you followed the instructions, Synnie will resolve the problem within 1-3 days, excluding weekend

If you are having an error like this, do not post under a new username as that is considered ban dodging.
Wait 3-7 days before sending another one. They answer each emails sent in order and will respond accordingly.

hey i just bought an ultimate game card for $20 in canadian AND NOW its saying I HAVE TO PAY MORE and wont even let me charge the card to my account

Survey Issues

I have filled out many surveys all the way though. Completed all of the requirements and yet I still get no Cash Points! I was filling out surveys so that I could cash Jin's 2nd job on my main account. Why are they not going through?

I did the questionaire to see what surveys that I could qualify for and it took me to a page that said: 750 points will be earned after you sign up and immediately play two quiz games. I did just that and still never got the points. What the hell is going on with these dang surveys?

SO uh yeah ive had this problem since the latest GC patch which also updated the website. Now i Assumu my problem has something to do with that but idk how to fix it so help pl000xx?

i get this error message that says...

The Grand Chase home page loads VERY slow for me ever since it was redesigned, so having to log in there is a pain in the neck (I just log in through Trickster for now). Please fix.

However...something's wrong with the Sig Limit...in total, they use like 120 characters...But it says they have gone over the limit....is there a glitch on that?

The announcement said Grand Chase was going to be under mantainance from September 22nd (9:00 PM) ~ September 23rd (2:00 AM) PDT. I'm 3 hours ahead of Grand Chases' Timezone, which means the mantainance was supposed to end at 5:00 AM for me. It's 6:46 AM by now, I open the patch it says "Patchers is Initializing" and nothing else happens it just stucks there like that. So I was wondering if mantainance is over already?

When you enter the FAQ Archive on the main website, one of the answers might be wrong.

The Question is: What is the maximum level?

The answer is stated as: The level cap for the North American release of Grand Chase is currently set at 75.

The issue with this statement is that the current level cap of North America release for Grand Chase is set at Level 65. Once you level from 64 to 65 the EXP needed to level is set at Zero. This might be reffering to GameMasters but for Regular Users, I've asked a few users and they've agreed with me its still 65. Please correct me if im wrong, thanks.

Why is my card being declined when I try to recharge 10$?

I'm absolutely sure there is money in it, the address is correct, and I inputted the information correctly so what's the problem? It's been happening all morning. Every time I try to recharge I always get some sort of problem, It's really tiring. =__=
