During play, my jumo button will randomly stopped working. At first I thought it was my laptop, so I switched to custom controls and used a different button for jumping, and it still didn't work. The only thing that seems to solve this is restarting the game client.
I tried using the 1:1 support, and it's been over a month with no response. Please help me with this situation, I believe it to be a flaw in client control rather than my computer...
