Since I felt bad about myself after the last post I made... I decided to apologize by teach Flash Step. Since I didn't find any tip on Flash Step. (only found video tips Showing wat Flash step looks like? XD).
K, First off Flash step is going to be extremely hard for players that don't have any experience in any musical instrument such as Piano or Guitar...(in my opinion). But anybody can do this with enough practice. Use the video of Flash step as a guide to C if u got it right though. Because, it's not easy to give the exact command for Flash Step, because the timing is required.
Command for Flash Step is as follows: * Forward+Down, Forward+Up <-- this is Rocket Step then, Flash is basically depressing the angle of the Rocket Step by pressing DOWN so u slide and rocket ON ground. But it's harder than it seems
Complete Command: *Forward+Down, Forward+(Up then Down)
(Up then Down)<-- This timing should be SOO fast that it should be in less than 0.2 Seconds. So basically U must slide ur middle finger Down rapidly after pressing Up. If U do this correctly, Ur Elesis should shoot forward straight 5~6 inches?(depending on size of ur screen).
-*Warning : Ur middle finger will hurt alot after 30 min non-stop practice*
This is as detailed as it can get through writing. All this command is for one Flash Step movement.^^ I apologize for the last post again.
Oh And I forgot.!! Just for those who don't know.... Flash Step is ONLY for Elesis Sword and Gladiator(3rd job) SOO far....

Haii!! I got 2 problemes! Whent I do forward+down, forward+(up and down). I only lift up, and I dont go down, but when I do this 2 times in a row, I go down and perform a move thats similar to my friends shadow step. So, am I supposed to repeat forward+down, forward+(up and down) 2 times in a row?
I just tried it and wow...it actually works. o_o But hard to perform on a real battle. xs
Xivi what I do is Forward+Down then Forward+Up then repeat. Try it at Forgotten City.

Um what u said was rocket step is actually shadow. rocket is just pressing up down and right all at the same time repeatedly. And to go fast you do need a rhythm to it.

No, Rocket Dash is Forward Dash + Up repeatedly.

Thats shadow step o.o.. flash step is when you move on the ground and dont lift into the air.. thats the problem.. o.o..
