Alright I'm sure that I am going to be editing this a lot as time goes by and people find new things to add or even more specifics.
Note: the following is assuming a group of 4 people at same level with a queen's jewel.
0-15: This section is very simple. Just bounce between the dungeons doing your quests. The pvp quest acquired at 14, depending on your skill should take you up to level 16.
16-20: Gorge of Oath 3 star full clear runs. Should get you between 4-6k exp. Levelling every 3-5 runs.
21-25: Forsaken Barrows 3 star full clear runs. Nets between 7-10k exp. Levelling around 5 runs.
25-26: Complete your quests from marsh of oblivion, forgotten city, and pvp quests.
27-34: Ellia Continent 3 star lower half clear runs. Roughly 100k exp a run. Do your quests along the way.
***Alternate: Partusay's Sea 3 star full clear runs.
35-38: Kastulle Lower Level 3 star Full clear runs.Do your quests along the way. Roughly 200-300k exp a run.
***Alternate: Kastulle Upper level 3 star Full clear runs.
***Alternate: Hell Bridge 3 stars Bottom Half clear runs
39-65: Battle for Bermesiah 3 star Full clear right side runs.Do your quests along the way. Starts at 400-500k exp a run.
***Alternate 55-65: Valstrath 3 star Full clear.
If you can get me numbers for these that would help a lot. Have a better idea for a range? Let me know it. My information wrong? Prove it with evidence please.

I'll add this for now though...I have found that places people usually don't go to actually have the best exp.

Pure levelling! >=O gaikoz exp is actually kinda slack and this is based around levelling as quick as possible, if they wish to detour from it for some other quests, then so be it but, this is just for levelling. Also, level does not, I repeat, does NOT improve drop rate, its luck, and I am not talking about a stat.

I run Kastulle lower ruins level 1 with a friend, I'm at 32 he's at 35.I gain about 140 something thousand.
What you say even if it is online, still shows a part of you. Even if it is "just a game" your still you.
Why would you want to level fast anyway? Slow down and enjoy the game~
Aside from that... If you're a natural born PvP god, perhaps the free class is your ticket to fast leveling. :P

For me.
Levels 53, and 64.After I hit 53 I'll slow down a bit, then after I hit 64 I'll slow down a lot. Though my current speed has got to be like a turtle to a lot of people I've seen.
Plus it is enjoyable for me to level fast.
munhkjin:wildcot can u tell me ur char lvls? and i want to train my low lvl chars and maybe if we are the same lvl can u please help me train them faster to lvl 30 or higher
The only 3 i care for right now are only: 37, 31, 28 so...doubt we're levelling together. Works better with people within 3 levels of ya.

Hell gives more than ellia, so if you're strong enough, then you might consider going to hell's bridge instead, or even alternate if you get tired of either one.
Kustulle upper Lvl gives alot more exp even if you consider the time taken, but lower level is alot easier to complete, especially wen the enemies doesnt counter atk in the Lower Level. i cant remember the amount of exp and time taken, but ive done the calculation more than once.
You still shouldnt do Upper level if youre having a hard time doing the lower level, because upper level is definately harder.
