Actually , i have seen only one player and it was an Elesis wearing a red/pink egg costume. The Elesis was a low level so it must mean that the ability to have this suit , is to be a new guy. It looked really goofy , a red/pink egg with Elesis's head and limbs out... Funny actually =D Too bad you cannot break the shell =P
