PLEASE HELP Parents Permission?

i am 15, but it says i am under 13 years old and need my parents permission to play, i was born in 1992 and it was that which i put in, but it wont let me play, can anyone help me on how i can sort this out plz

Create a new account or send them a 1:1 Support in the main GrandChase.nTreev website.  If you send them a 1:1 Support, the process may take from 3~15 days.  I suggest creating a new account.

Make a new account, set birthday to 1960. It really doesn't matter how old you are.

except for the fact that players taht are found to have incorrect information can have their accounts suspended at any time.
