Uh..... don't think so. not sure though.

One of my friends had to move to Korea for his military post, and he got blocked from NAGC, so I'm guessing you'll be blocked from PH as well.

Just switch to NAGC! It's more updated than PHGC! =D... and go back to PHGC when you're going back to Phillipines.
