It's a nice, simple suggestion.
You can use the forum emotes in game by using the equivlent codes.
e.g. [emote1] or [emote2]
This is mainly for those situations where you want to use one of the faces/objects from the forums and there is no combination of letters/numbers/symbols available to make it.
That and the fact that you can't do animated faces at all.
My best example would be seeing something funny, and having no physical way to show the emotion of:
Also, how do you propose to do this using symbols. Hmm? >->
I also just like using and , but I can't in game. :3
So...
Good idea?
No?
Do tell. :3
I made this!
I will personally fend off any flamers with my safety scissors. Beware. :<
I'll support this, mainly because I absolutely love seeing "".

The emotes featured on the forums are actually from Pangya, who's developer is not KOG, but Ntreev Soft and Gamepot, previous developer Hanbit.
Because KOG doesn't own the rights to these emoticons, most likely you'd have to send your request to KOG and have KOG contract some agreement with these 2 companies.
A rather lengthy and, nearly impossible task.
However you could suggest new custom emotes for in game text, but given that GC already has status emotes, its unlikely, as well as would have more of a delay factor then text, therefore making spam an even worse offense as it would directly affect some people's ability to run the game smoothly in areas with text boxes.
