That was not lag because the guy was not lagging on d video....he was probally a glich... theirs a lot of glichs in NAGC and i don't know WHY..........WHY AND WHY ;D

In my opinion: If hobbo did that is his problem, Most of brazilian players in nagc are good competitors and the people that know brazilian players know that are good.

As for the Otto, no, it is not lag. All hobo is doing is pressing down+z VERY FAST. It's impossible to say for sure if it is a macro, however another well known player (Myko) could also do this. So believe what you wish, but its not lag or a hack

HOW fast do you need to press down+z >.>. I tried jump and immediately down z(with 3 fingers), down+z very fast, not working either and down down+z very fast. Not working either.

it's not just that player. I've met way more of them all acting like that -_- I'm not saying that every Brazillian player is acting like this but a lot of them are.
