Well today I've been at the new dungeon and I noticed Meister constantly dropping as if they were humping like rabbits, so I decided to check around other dungeons to see if they were having high drop rates. Unfortunately they do not have the same crazy high drop rate as the Primeval Island. My REAL discovery however takes place at Xenia Border, the first place I decided to check on, in the first room I have obtained the most unbelieveable thing to ever come, and its:
SIEGHART GRAND CHASE ARMOR!!!
This was the LAST thing I'd expect to drop around here, I assumed they were for Ronan or Arme, either way I would've been happy. This just gave me a reason to get my Sieghart to 50 now. Back to my hunting!

He's got a lot of drops the others didn't when they were released. He has at least his qupao, gaikos armor, captain, and I got his upper armor from his Vanessa set in Maw today. So I imagine most of his gear is in just waiting to be found.
Still don't understand why the GrandChase set, which is pretty normal, has those giant gorilla hands.
