I was wondering which i'm going to lvl, I only want one to lvl btw, so I mainly team up with a ronan..  The most people I ask are saying wait for Sieghart 2nd job, warlord. But does that job really own or is it just because sieghart is the new ronan?

I like Jin fire looking , and fighting styles, but Sieghart has a kind of shadow/darkness. So what are the pros and cons and what do you suggest?

Why not lvl both :| will it hurt if your sieghart is already 40 or whatever before the job advancement? mines 41 atm and I know If I continue leveling when it comes to the job advance it will be fast enough to solo gaikoz on my own :|. I'm leveling jin right now to see what his 2nd job is about but I don't know I don't go by what people say If I see a cool character and I want to level it, I don't care if people categorize them as noobs, spammers etc.

I'm talking dungeon play.

Jin- Has the abilities to combine his attacks and skills into long combos (Dragon uppercut, zzz combo, uppercut, repeat, finish with the critical attack that's 2/3 of a hanuman. favorite dungeon combo) His skills are also easy to use, and with the shadow attacks, and shisa invuln dodge roll, he makes well enough to manage maw.

Downsides- very low range. His 3 bars often make mobs spec out of the whole attack, if they have it.

Sieghart- High damage 2 and 3 bars, if they fully connect, great for boss slaying. His dash attack combo hits almost as well as his zzz combo, plus you can rush into a mob and use it to deal decent damage.

Downsides- normal mobs have a problem getting completely caught in a 3 bar, and it's only half efffective vs aanything with super armor. He's not an exceptionally high damage class either, once he's out of mp, and his attacks don't combine well, if at all. His Critical attack it to be avoided, due to its massive recoil animation, so you can't rely on it to get ouf a combo early to avoid immenent damage.

Jin is more playable dungeon wise, and you may want him to at least 30, if you go with sieg, for his 3rd job that most everyone says is his best job in other servers.

I would say Sieg.

Yeah his 2nd and 3rd's will own too, but since we don't have them,

Sieghart's double jump attack is just heart

Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 PS3 Nuff' said.

Between Jin and Sieghart is basically on your preference. Honestly they both are good for dungeons and pvp.

Jin, as mention before is way better in dungeons just because of his shadow steps to avoid in coming damage, his basic attacks being more linkable, and his burning skills are better when it comes to taking enemies down in a distance. One thing Jin doesn't have that Sieghart does is the dash. Other than that Jin does have a small bit of invincibility when in burning mode. Tested it myself. Not as great as Siegharts since you have to hold into mp but its fine.

With Sieghart being new everyone will be using him. His second bar is good for dungeons alone. Nothing else really unless your in a survival in pvp and manage to get everyone in a line. He can rack of damage quickly as well however his poor excuse of a critical hit makes me cringe every time someone does it. Basically if your playing Sieghart in dungeons, learn not to rely on knockdowns, they take too long. His rage meter is better than Jins' since it last longer and gives a noticeable boost in damage for skills. And if your just looking at classes Sieghart's only amazing class to me is Ares because I have to admit, its the best class I've seen KOG roll out. Sorry Jin but Emperor looks like fighter with Ryan's moves tossed in there.

I suggest Sieghart for more vesitile play and Jin if you want to be a good asset to a party. But that's just me.

How does nearly all Siegharts users grab that much?

Like a couple of meters before you even reach the sieghart.. It really annoying and good technique to use in PvP  can anybody teach me that, cuz Maybe I'm going to main Sieghart

Maybe see you in-game ^^

Although I am getting closed to mastering both Gladiator and Shisa,

Shisa has far more potential than gladiator. All gladiator does is step and grab...

-best jin in the server-

Sieghart Pros:

  • Strong Defense
  • For Pros, his stepping is very agile
  • Strong 1st bar In Pvp
  • Strong 2nd and 3rd bar in Dungeons
  • His 2nd Job gives more range, all his bars are usable then in pvp and dungeons
  • his 3rd job just pwns...

Cons:

  • 2nd bar and 3rd bar is useless in pvp
  • his 1st bar leaves urself vulnerable to laggers
  • not much range

Jin Pros:

  • can easily grab people
  • most of his skills can link into grabs
  • his 3rd job provides lots of range
  • has tele and roll

Cons:

  • somewhat small range until 3rd job
  • small damage
  • weak defense
  • not a lot of vitality to boot
  • and... hes a pedophile.

IMO, i think Sieghart would be a good character if you wanna push and learn how to pvp against laggers efficiently, and to learn how to learn attack patterns.

Jin would be a good choice if you enjoy making your opponents irritated and finishing them off with ur skills.

If Seighart's 3rd job pwns as much as everyone says... it'll be hit with the nerf stick.

Anyway, personally, there isn't a massive level of difference, build-wise. Jin is defensive, stat-wise, and so is Seighart, they are both tanks, like Elesis.

Both of them are quite similar, in the respect that they both have a bar, which, when activated, gives them buffs, including Super Armor, which, in PvP terms, prevents anything but knockdowns from actually stopping you. (I play of highest settings, and both Jin + Seig turn red, Super Armor mode)

Seighart:

Pros:

Rage Mode is borderline broken, because of the long duration, x1.5 attack, Increased Combo Speed, Super Armor, and Enhanced skills. It also fills on it's own accord.

Flame Sword is great in dungeons, as is Grinding Punisher, which makes most other 3 bars look like gentle breezes, despite Seig's low attack.

Iron Crusher is good in PvP... hax damage for a 1 bar.

Seighart is good at grabbing.

Next to Amy, he's the most manuverable character, possibly tied with Lass. (Lass' Speed + Air Dash)

Cons:

Is already getting a bad reputation, like Ronan, because people think they are great if their have him, spam 1st bar, and are generally noobish and laggy. (Reminds you of a Divine Slash spamming AK)

Rage Mode has less control over it compared to Burning.

Flame Sword isn't great in PvP.

Jin:

Pros:

2 Jobs, more varity, Asura should be soon as well, and apparently, he's quite good.

Less predictable, Wave, Hanuman, 2 types of dash attacks, Storm Fist, Shadow Step, Combo, you just don't know how Jin is going to attack you.

Shisa is quite a good job in PvP and dungeons.

Jin's 3 Bars are decent in dungeons, especially the Glow.

Burning is more controllable than Rage.

Both his 2nd and 1st bars are useable in PvP.

Grab abuse is high with Jin as well, although lag can ruin some of the grab combos he can do. I'm yet to pull of a combo I did in practice mode in an actual game. (Dash uppercut, Dragon Uppercut, catch grab)

Invun Rolls with Shisa.

Cons:

Slower

Less Range

Burning only increases Speed and gives Super Armor, for a lower duration.

Manual charge of Burning.

Some moves eat up the burning gauge, and cannot be performed without it.

Overall, I would suggest Jin for now. We don't know what NAGC will do to future jobs. Jin is quite a good character, and has moe varity, and will be more fun to play, at least until Warlord and Ares come out.
