1*: partusay spear obtain with Jin or Ronan with MP first bar
2*: Kamiki cristal: Use Jin with first bar MP, for the third cristal use Lire first shot
3*: Dragon Heart: Use Arme with paralisis lv2, for the third and last Dragon Heart (i dont know XD)
Try this when the bosses have little life bar or when they stay in 2% or 3% of life
PVP: win normal jaja!!

It's all luck. Don't go around spreading rumours. There's no way to increase chances. Just keep dungeoning like normal, or follow his directions if you really "believe"...
I did notice one little thing that does work, though. When the boss has almost no life, but enough so that you can see it, use an attack strong enough to kill it in one hit. Seems to work for me, though that might just be my way. XD It has worked for every character, though...
You have to press Z with your pinky and then quickly jump to the top most platform, then touch the ground, then you will get the item

If there's one thing I do know about this. They seem to have a "better chance" when you rush the dungeon.
Me and my couple are so talkative that we're stuck in one dungeon for nearly 20 minutes. Never usually got the items. But when I solo'd or me and her got serious, we'd destroy any of those dungeons in minutes and manage to get the item every 2 or 3 dungeon runs.
I guess just try to beat'em fast.
Well there is a theory some players develop (veterins) saying that
" the chance of the item dropping has to do with the way you dungeon and it is not based on TOTAL randomness."
So if this theory is correct that means each and every person has a little way they think that helps them get the items.
If you just believe, nothing is impossible, right?
The trick I used was spam 3rd charge on Kamiki. It works fine, but not all the time.
