was wondering if theres anyone with really high Vit that can help me test something in pvp, or if someone already knows about this. iv noticed when i fight people with much higher Vit then me, my HP goes up much faster...happened when i 1v1'd a GM i had like 600 Vit, he had like...1500. also happened when i fought a lass, i had 200 Vit he had about 1k...so was wondering if anything knows whats going on, or want to help me test it to see if that really is the case

It's not that your hp is recovering faster than his...yours is just that much more noticeable due to you have few hit points than the other person.
Think of it this ways say you have 100 hit points and someone has 1000 hit points...if you recover 10hp/s the other person has to recover 100hp/s inorder for it to look the same.

i was thinking that too, but then why does your HP raise at a much slower rate when both people have 200 vit?

Unless both people are the same hp is different. I have tested this before under a similar issue (actually I was testing something with Holy Inferno but that's beside the point).
If you notice the girls have a naturally lower hp (save Elesis the Tank), while the boys have higher (save Lass the Girlie-Man)
This means that no 2 characters have the same hp growth to vit.
Scenario:
Arme, Lass, Jin, Ryan, Amy all have 300 vit
there hit points would look sorta like this(numbers are fictional in this case)
Arme hp = 100
Lass hp = 150
Jin hp = 225
Ryan hp = 250
Amy hp = 175
Now say normal pvp hp recover is 2% per second.
Arme gets 2 hp per second
Lass gets 3
Jin 4.5
Ryan 5
Amy 3.5
All get the same recovery rate but each receive different amounts based on total hp
