[RULES] Ring of Fire - Jin Tournament

As stated in rule 3, the Game Masters are going to be the ones interpreting the rules, so please exercise common sense and competitive integrity when you play.

Official Rules

1. Exploitation of game mechanics, such as "auto shot" (including Shisa's), is grounds for immediate disqualification.
2. No unsportsmanlike conduct.
3. Game Masters will have the final call in administration of tournament rules.
4. Arguing with a GM's call in game is grounds for immediate disqualification.
5. Players may only use the Jin character in this tournament. Either job of Jin is acceptable.
6. All matches (except the Final) must be played on the Temple of Fire map, No Item Mode, in a room designated by the GM.
7. All players are responsible for checking the "Tournament Square" forum for updates to the official rules, announcements, and match assignments.
8. In the event that a fighter disconnects prior to the match beginning, a restart may be declared at the GM's discretion. If a fighter disconnects after the match has begun, no restarts will be allowed. This rule applies only to matches played in the Playoffs, qualifying rounds will not be restarted.
9. Players may join ONE and only one open qualifying room. Entering a second open qualifying room will subject the account to administrative action in addition to permanent tournament disqualification.
10. Fast Match will activate after 5 minutes.
11. Any match exceeding 20 minutes in length will end in disqualification for all competitors.
12. There will be no time limit for the Final match.
13. Disruption of qualifier activities is grounds for actions up to and including account closure.
14. Match results in the qualifiers will be determined first by least deaths, then by most kills, and finally by order of elimination in the event of a tie.
15. There will be no gear or item restrictions during the tournament. Gear MAY be changed at any time in the tournament room up to 5 seconds prior to match start.
16. All entrants' forum and game accounts must be in good standing at the time of the tournament in order to participate.
17. All participants' accounts must have been registered before September 1st, 2009.
