Something to do with budget cuts?
I going to guess its 30% because of ronan hate in the forums and 70% he just like that and it kind of supports the ronan hate...
Had a meeting yesterday with the Department, and family supportive people, the state got cuts and expect me to pay 500$ for my license, and they think my 'dad' might try killing me. I'm constantly asked if I feel safe at home and school, I'm not 10 years old seriously
