Back Story: In the beginning, I started out as just your ordinary player at one point and time, and found that I came to love playing Grand Chase. At first, I was pathetically weak, and didn't even know the basics of survival in this game. I almost always lost at PvP, and dying was just a natural part of dungeons for me... but I still loved to play the game. So I decided that I had to train myself intensively. After some rigorous training, I finally mastered the basics of dungeons. But I wasn't even close to being elite yet. Dungeons still took a long time to finish without dying, and I still almost always lost at PvP. That drove me from deep within to train myself in PvP as well. After battling over and over in PvP, I didn't really seem to be getting anywhere. Yet over time (and with two basics teachers along the way) I managed to become much better than before. I lost a lot more in Superior Class, than I ever won. It seemed that basics weren't enough anymore. I remade my style, and changed my "main". After long periods of training, I created an incomplete style that won more than before. I soon thereafter entered the "Triple Threat Tournament" with Aoster as my partner; and though we lost in the first round, I learned a lot about how "pros" battle. After that, I went to take on Kaze'aze once again... this time, I ended up fighting her by myself. Everyone except me died before the room with Dark Gorgos. I made it to Lass and Kaze'aze, and fought alone the entire time I was in that room, with everyone hoping for victory over Kaze'aze. Long story short, I won with a mere level 31 Fighter! I then decided it was time to form a guild, with everyone so pleased with my battle. I asked everyone if they would join a guild if I made one, and enough people agreed to join that I decided to create...
Lately, after the guild having existed for some period of time now, I have been getting a slight reputation in PvP. Though people have begun to call me "pro", I know I am not pro yet. Though I feel as if I may be very close...
Rules for Application:
Requirements: You must have 1 month or more experience with Grand Chase (having a lv. 30+ character will suffice if you do not meet this requirement); You must be active on Grand Chase AT LEAST weekly, daily preferred; you must also be active on the forums weekly (once again, daily is preferred). You must not have either your forum, NOR your in-game account banned (if this happens at any time after acceptance into the guild, you will be put on probation for the first time (probation lasts as long as the ban does), and expelled for any second offense. being banned from in-game AND forums counts as two offenses)
Acceptance: After you apply, you will be tested in-game to see if we accept you (we accept most any applicant), and if we do, what your rank will be. If you should happen to fail the acceptance test, you may try again next week.
Guild Guidelines:
Code of Conduct: Absolutely NO illegal conduct according to the rules of Grand Chase. Glitching and anything similar (for example: auto attacks) are mightily looked down upon as well, and are only allowed if you could use it in the presence of a GM or Administrator and not be in trouble. We are NOT associated with cheaters, and will expel anyone breaking these rules immediately for ANY offense that shows good evidence of cheating (meaning first offense). When you apply for this guild, you agree to uphold ALL the rules of Grand Chase.
Guild PvP Training: We will have regular PvP training sessions for "pro" and "noob" members alike. You are not required to attend, but it is highly advised (there is no such thing as being too good, or being too bad, to get even better). We welcome all guild members to attend these sessions, and all players who do NOT have a guild (that ask to be invited, or we decide to invite), to come and observe as well. Members of other guilds will have to receive permission to attend from the leader of Crown, and are otherwise not invited to attend. Guild members are allowed to invite their friends who are not members of other guilds.
Guild Dungeon Training: We will have regular Dungeon training sessions as well. These will be to teach the less experienced players how to "solo" dungeons up to 10-30 levels above the level of their own character(s). Attendance is not mandatory, but it is also highly advised that members attend. Again, all guild members are welcome to attend these sessions, as well as players who are not part of a guild (that are invited). Again, members of other guilds need permission to attend, from the leader of Crown. Guild members are allowed to invite their friends who are not members of other guilds.
Promotions: When members apply for promotion, we will set up a series of battles and dungeons for them. The battles in PvP will consist of those higher ranked than them, and the dungeons will chosen according to the rank that they are currently challenging (they must be able to "solo" these dungeons). As long as the challenger continues to win, they can continue on in challenging higher ranks until they either lose, or reach the highest position available to them. Once the challenger loses, they must wait until the next week before being allowed to apply for promotion again.

Guild Theme:
All-Around: This is intended as an all-around guild, where we will build our power and reputation by mastering the dungeons of the game, as well as becoming one of the most elite forces to be reckoned with in PvP battles. Here is how the departmentalization is set up as:
PvP: We will require all of our members to participate in this section to a certain degree. We will appoint a certain number of PvP "trainers" for the guild, according to the number of guild members we have (by asking if it's possible for them). These "trainers" must keep to the assignment they are given, if they are appointed to "train" other members. In the case of the assigned trainers failing to appear for training (we advise they be ready a little early to avoid confusion), they must give prior notice. Substitutes will be put in place as well, just in case. They will host "training sessions" in the PvP "Free Class" in-game, with the room name: "Crown Training". A password known to all the members will be placed on these rooms, so as to allow only members and invites to attend. These training sessions will be set up on the same day, and across the same hours of that day, once for every week. Any changes in that schedule will be declared in advance. Whenever official Grand Chase tournaments are hosted, we expect that our members attempt to be the first to register, if possible.
Dungeon: We will require all of our members to participate in this section as well, to a certain degree. We will appoint a certain number of dungeon "trainers" for the guild, according to the number of guild members we have (also by asking them if they can). These "trainers" must keep to the assignment they are given, if they are appointed to "train" other members. In the case of the assigned trainers failing to appear for training (we advise they be ready a little early to avoid confusion), they must give prior notice. Substitutes will be put in place as well, just in case. They will host "training sessions" in a dungeon most suited to the average level of the group being trained (meaning about 10-30 levels above the average of the group's levels) in-game, with the room name: "Crown Training". A password known to all the members will be placed on these rooms, so as to allow only members and invites to attend. These training sessions will be set up on the same day, and across the same hours of that day, once for every week. Any changes in that schedule will be declared in advance. Although I have never heard of a "Dungeon Tournament" before, if one should so happen to be hosted by Grand Chase, we expect that our members attempt to be the first to register.
Events:
Current Guild Events:
1. Bringing the Family Back Home: Your mission is to go out there and bring our members back to where they belong... HERE! We need you to go out and gather the members back to the forums (specifically the guild thread) so that they can partake in the activities that we have planned for the guild as a whole!
2. Crown Wants YOU! : Our very first recruitment mission! I have a feeling that the way things are currently going, the guilds will be here soon. And with all the new guilds that get made when that happens, there may be many players out there who get left out! We can't have that happening while we can help it, now can we? What you need to do is go out there and recruit ANYONE who matches our basic requirements to join, and convince them to take the test. The more, the merrier!
I. Rewards: Any member who participates in these events has a chance to be rewarded for their efforts. Do your best and remember to play nice! Possible rewards include rank promotions, and maybe even $10 worth of a cash code if you do well enough!
II. Rules: Event #1: You need to go out there and bring them back to their rightful home (Crown's guild thread). There isn't much to be said about this one, since I see no way this event can be abused. Event #2: Get out there and help Crown's numbers grow! Absolutely no using alternate accounts to sign up with and give you extra credit. Don't have friends or even strangers do this either. I have my connections, and trust me, I WILL know if this is happening, and it WILL be punished (I shouldn't even have to say what will happen, since I expect none of you will have the gall to break this rule). The more people you recruit, whether they pass the test or not, the better your reward will be.
III. Overall: For every person you bring back to the forums or recruit, you need to remember to have them "recommend" you. This means that when they come back to the forums or take the test, they need to be able to name WHO caused them to do this. For every "Recommend Point" (RP) you get, you will be rewarded accordingly. Whoever has the most RP at the end of the event can win a $10 cash code for the game, IF, AND ONLY IF, they also have 50+ RP!
IV. Table:
10 RP = Board of review. (This means that you get a chance to be tested for promotion. If you pass the review, you move up one full rank.)
20 RP = Elite Upgrade. (You are automatically elevated to the rank of Elite within your respective tribe. If you are already Elite or higher, then this does nothing. This happens before your board of review!)
30 RP = Board of review score double. (This automatically doubles your score in your board of review, meaning your chances for promotion are doubled!)
40 RP = Crown Considered. (If nobody else in your tribe earns this, then you become the Crown of your tribe! If others earn it, then the winner will be decided via rank-challenge match(es)! This happens before your board of review!)
50+ RP = Dragon Test! AND Cash Chance! (This is the one to aim for! The Dragon test is a special form of highly-difficult test that you will get to take if you reach 50+ RP! If you pass, you will become a part of the Dragon Tribe!! There is currently no other way to get into the Dragon Tribe, so don't miss this chance!! Also, once you reach this point you will have a chance of earning the $10 cash code that is offered. To earn it though, you MUST have the most RP in the guild! If there is a tie for first, the winner will be decided by whichever of them passed the Dragon Test. If none did, or more than one did, then the winner will be decided through a series of PvP matches.)

Crown News:
Here at Crown News, we bring you the latest from the goings-on of our guild members, and guild as a whole. You need to let us know what's been going on though, or we may never know!!
News Stories:
(note: the news stories are just written like this to add some pizazz, flavor, and a slight bit of humor. most of the stuff in the stories are fictitious, so don't take them for face value lol. But the news about what the players did themselves are of course, entirely true. We would never make up our own accomplishments.)

Actually you don't since your not giving the right information.
then plz do tell what the correct information IS. if it's easier for you, then a simplified summary will be all I need to understand this. I've reread the thread thrice now, and I believe I'm still unsure as to what is missing, and how to obtain approval when I put in the missing material. plz. I rly don't quite understand.
Sorry mana but you'll find thats just how I do things. If I straight up tell everyone what it takes to make a guild last as long as they want then every guild would be the same but with different names. By simply denying approval and making them work harder by improving or adding material, they in turn do all the work themselves without outside influence from factors like me. In doing so that guild is original and that being the case makes it unique and gives people an array of different kinds of guilds to choose from, each one made based solely on the mind, influence, and hard work of the guild leader.
Now I can simply tell you step by step what it will take to make your guild just as big as any other, but when thats all said and done can you really call it your guild and not just some hand me down?
Okay. A lot of changes that I'm surprised got done in this time frame, considering all this college/university homework stuff I've had to do.
Constructive criticism is welcome with open arms.
hmm well u seem busy because of school, but idk i personallythink it would look better if you had a banner LOl a pretty picture will always catch other people's attention. yea designing one could b consuming but hey when walk around campus think up a few ideas and find someone on the forums who could help you. dont ask me who because i do not know. just a suggestion.
