7767 error - How to resolve

I've had this error many times, and the accountadmin (Synnie) told me how to get it fix quickly.

What is a 7767 error?

It has been brought to our attention that the Account Nameaccount may have been Traded, Sold or has been accessed by multiple users.  The account in question is under investigation due to being linked to other accounts that have violated the Terms of Use Agreement.

When an account is reported, or its security appears to have been compromised, the Ntreev USA Account Administration Staff will disable access to the account while we conduct an investigation. [Once we are confident that any and all communiqué is being addressed for and by the registered user of any Ntreev USA account (and only the registered user), we will proceed with the investigation process.]

Posting advertisements of any kind on our Website, in-game or otherwise, is strictly prohibited as noted in our Terms of Use Policy.

Any violation of the Terms of Use Agreement can and will be actioned up to and including termination of the account(s). The Terms of Use Policy can be reviewed at the following link:  http://www.ntreev.net/Account/termofuse.aspx

Another email from GM_Syn

Unfortunately this isn’t an error I can eradicate in entirety.  At some point in the past, this account became compromised (accessed or access was attempted) by someone other than the registered user, OR it shared IP addresses with other accounts known to be in violation of the Terms of Use.  Due to those associations, every time one of the other accounts is actioned, yours is being flagged. 

In instances such as these, the best course of action would be to simply email me here with the first set of questions I asked you attached and let me know it’s happened again.  If that is the reason for the error you are receiving I can fix it promptly.

How to resolve

The first thing you should do is send an email to accountadmin@ntreevusa.com with 7767 as the subject title and with the following information:



1.   Full Name:
2.   Address:
3.   Zip code:
4.   Billing Type (for recharge):
5.   Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy):
6.   Country (from which you play):
7.   Account Name (Log-In ID):
8.   Game(s) You Play (Grand Chase, Pangya, Trickster Online):
9.   Reason For Contacting Us: Cannot login Ntreev websites

If the information is not sufficient to unban your account, GM_Syn will email you asking for the following information:

1.  Full Name
2.  Address:
3.  Zip code:
      ·  (if provided previously)
4.  Billing information:
      ·  (If PayPal - the email used to charge with, if Credit Card - the last 4 digits)
      ·  (If Click & Buy or Ultimate Game Card – Full code that was used to recharge)
5.  Date of Birth:
6.  Country (from which you play):
7.  Account Name:
8. The answer to the account secret question:
      · (Insert Secret Question Here)

If the information is correct and assuming you followed the instructions, Synnie will resolve the problem within 1-3 days, excluding weekend

Here is a screenshot of me getting a 7767 Wednesday morning and emailing around 10:00am then receiving an email around 2:00pm

Neat. Very helpful. :D I;ll remember this if i ever get that error.
I'm kindof confused about the Billing Type one though.. All i ever use to recharge are Ultimate Game Cards so.. i'd put that? or leave it blank? o.o

This is for those who currently have a 7767 error. Most user who have this error makes a new account and post asking about the 7767 error.

Wait 3-7 days before sending another one. They answer each emails sent in order and will respond accordingly.

She usually won't reply you back after you send the info but then again she might. She only emails me back cause she knows me.

I also added an image of my email showing how long it took her to reply.

*feels so violated*

I went to go send an Email after about the 3rd try, and tried again to get the air messege to send teh exact info, and the problem resolved itself so....That's good I suppose.

^Thats what i got  and i replied. but i wonder if putting RE:7767 as title will result in not getting a response.

Anyway im gonna stop using this account incase i am registered as a  "ban dodger"

im gonna follow this thread and gonna use my main to post if mine gets resolved.

and btw sadly i used false info to make my main account and forgot it. i cant believe Terms of Use is so important( and i nvr bothered reading it =p).
