With the dust settled and Cow once again crowned grand champion of PvP, it's time to truly put your teamwork to the test in a chaotic new tournament we're calling "Triple Threat"
Key Details Who: 81 teams of 2 (162 players total) with no level restrictions whose Team Captain registers their team on a first-come, first-served basis on the official Tournament Registration thread. All participants’ accounts must have been registered before July 1st, 2009. All participants must have a valid Grand Chase play account and forum account all in good standing (if your Play account or your forum account is banned, you will be disqualified). Where: Gardosen Server, Free Class PvP, in rooms specifically created and supervised by the GM staff. Teams will be invited to the room when their time comes, so ALL PLAYERS must be available from 5:00 ~ 8:00 to play their match. Why: To challenge the members of our community on their teamwork and reaction speed by giving them a teammate to rely on against two opposing teams of two each, but with the additional threat of "friendly fire". Format Explanation: Your team will consist of you and a partner, so pick one of you to be captain and have that player post on the official registration thread with both of your IGNs, as well as your Team's Name. The first 81 teams to legitimately register will be entered in the tournament.When your time comes to fight, you and your partner will be brought into a room with two other teams. Three teams will fight in each room, and only the winning team will advance to the next round. Since the room will be set in "Survival" mode, you CAN damage and even kill your own teammate!This is not advised.Your team's score is determined by the combination of both teammates' deaths and kills, as well as the time of elimination (if applicable) for each teammate. The team with the fewest deaths is the winner (since the game only ends when all opponents are dead, this means whichever team has a player left standing is the winner). In the event of a tie (for second place), the team with the most kills is the winner. In the event of a further tie, the team that was eliminated last is the winner.

Notes: Each prize listed in the highest tier a team qualifies for will be given to all registered team members on the roster, Armor Sets will be given for the most recent character played in the tournament. (Ex. Winning team plays Elesis and Lire in the final round, but Elesis and Lass in the Final Four. Their alternate played Ronan in the Round of 32, but played Elesis in the sweet sixteen round. Black Champion Armor Set will be given for Elesis, Lire, and Elesis respectively.) Each player on the team must fight in at least one tournament round in order to be eligible for prizes.
