I have this exact same problem, It has happened twice now. I started installing, it ran for about 5 minutes then this poped up, I say...Fire Bolt!, I then proceed to read what it says. Click RETRY. It goes away...Puzzled I restarted the installer....ran for about 10 minutes, Same thing happened. I switched my Directory to just C:/ and now it seems to be running fine, Im at roughly 50% now.

Im hoping it dosent pop up again, or end up with a corrupt file at the end, because i switched directories xD

....but yea if anyone has an answer on how to fix it i would like to know aswell :D

Most RunTime Errors for Grand Chase can be solved by updating/reupdating your Service Pack (in your case Service Pack 2) and DirectX9.0C (March 2008 or Later).  If you've downloaded DirectX9.0C before, be sure that it's been extracted, installed, and enabled properly.

Persona.exe is not a threat to the computer, but often detected by anti-virus protectors.  After updating your Service Pack and DirectX9.0C, do a boot-scan of your computer for any malwares or viruses, then turn off your Anti-Virus Protector and Firewalls before launching the game.  That way, Persona.exe would not be interupted int he process of running your client.  Feel free to turn on your security settings after you're done playing.
