I was playing 1v1 against some random dude at elven forest with my ak and every time I used the guard, he went fatal... o,o For all three lives...

yeah, if he trys to attack you he should fatal
Its either a hack because when he hack you it backfires on some i heard or he could be lagging like hell

Doesnt always kill them. Its just supposed to put them in insta-fatal.
Theirs other signatures of hacking. Like, sometimes the hack might crap up the user and then put them in insta-fatal on other's screen with 9999 damage, but instant recovery.
On how this went, AK's Guard is supposed to "reflect" damage on opponents. Thats why your opponent got struck insta-fatal.
