Ok you asked me to review your guild and give advice so here its goes.
In addition to those notes, your overall layout is very scattered and poorly done. I know you said your Russian so I can understand if your english grammar is weak so I would just say do the best you can. Understand at a guild leader you represent your guild to any potenal member so if your not professiontal they will not think the guild is professional and in turn will be less likely to join.
The last note I leave you and I think this is the most important is Spell Check everything and Grammar Check evenything.

the problem for me is, you guild is set up in a pretty unique way. there isnt really a standard way of making it better, but i would definitely suggest that you try to make your lists a bit more clearer
