You get an XP disc by purchasing it or by getting it by other means that I will not say. As for the file, you'll need Winrar to extract it. That's internet 101 right there.

I having a problem. It won't let me download. I chose regular download and then download file. Next, it's a small window "File Download" and it says Find, but it didn't say Download. So what should I do???

Assuming its compressed in rar format or something, use winrar or 7-zip. Google those if you dont know what im talking about.
If that doesnt work right click the file click on properties and somewhere it will tell you the extension file or something. Google that and you might find how to open it.
