its not reportable, but its lame as hell and ruins half the dungeon games I join.

GC needs an in-game vote kick system. Leechers shouldn't get the same benefit as the people they leech off of. In fact, they should get exp reduced instead of exp gained, since all they do is drag down games.

*reaches last part of the dungeon*

"Thanks for getting me this far. Bye bye now."

*boots everyone in the room so that he'll get all the EXP*

This argument is invalid for several reasons.

1. The more people in the game when the dungeon is completed, the greater the exp for the individual. I suppose you didn't know that. ^-^

2. Magus clearly stated an in game vote system. So, if there are 4 players, there needs to be a majority (3) to kick one person. It may not prevent 2 or more afkers, but it's a hell of a lot better than having that one person leech and ruining it for all of the party.

Some people are not that into exp as they are items. A person may leech for items rather than exp (ie. weapon fragments, etc.).

People could boot others out and gain the items from the box, so there shouldn't even be an in-game booting system.

Please read what the previous poster said. He said the boot was in order to gain a greater share of EXP, nothing about items. I am merely correcting his statement with my 1st reason.

However, your first statement is no different than leeching for exp. This merely emphasizes my point; a person who's leeching should be kicked and not gain the rewards, period.

As for your second one, I would also consider it an invalid argument. After the game is over and the results screen kicks in, the boot period should already be over, since the run is done. I would also like to ask what item(s) you could get from a box that is so amazing as to be willing to accept making enemies who will boot you at the mere sight of you from then on, as I have done to people who I found repeatedly leech in rooms. Don't even say Orbs from bosses, they're not ridiculously rare, and the best of the best drops distributed at the end of the game are still nothing to write home about.

You're certainly entitled to your own opinion, I am merely pointing out flaws in an argument made against a boot system.

I kill them, then leave after someone goes afk right after it starts.

To hell with that.
