Equip it under accessory, have someone put you in fatal, run away, taunt, and your healed.

As far as i know Kaze's orb can be used in dungeon AND pvp the activation is simply a taunt

Yeah. I have a free one from dungeoning (20 times). And I still haven't used it yet.
