I learned to deal with the bad mouthing of Noob, Lagger, hacker, etc... but the couple system has made it even worse. Now its the "ew, homo's" comments. I coupled with a friend who I play with quite often as its the most reliable method. He just so happen to be a male as well. I could care less, I just want the bonus as did he. We decide to do some pvp, made a room for 2v2. And for a countless number of times, people come in and make stupid ignorant remarks as mentioned earlier. As I look around there were some rooms now, with the title "NOT GAY", that just makes me ashamed to be apart of a community thats this immature.
Don't mind me, I'm just venting. I could deal with a few here and there, but when 20 or so people in a row come in and say the same thing, it just gets on my nerves.
You know, overall, you gotta evaluate the community based on the players that actually care about the game vs EVERYONE who plays it. I've said it time and time again in PvP chat, I ask them to "Show me a better community."..There simply isn't one..All communities are like this.
You're always going to have your terrible people out there that say and do things like that..And those are the people you ignore, report, and poke fun of until they explode...But overall I'd have to say the GC Community is pretty top notch in terms of players actually caring and accepting intelligent individuals into it..Instead of having the proverbial "Wall" up where the snobs that think they run everything, you've got a bunch of folks that like a game and wish the best for it..And a bunch of GMs that interact with players on an almost daily basis at times.

if they want to be ignorant, let them realize just how ignorant they are being and what type of community it is. cause in all honesty, if you don't speak english, and have a problem with gays, i'd rather them play maplesuck than grand chase.I think this may be only the tip of the iceberg though.... sadly...
It seems this style of behavior has only been increasing since a while ago... even more than that, in the park yesterday i saw a great deal of non-english speaking people. I mean, i know this game is north america, so some spanish is fine, but polish, tagalong, and german?!? c'mon ppl, this is an english game!
