This worked for me. And this is for Vista users who run a 32-bit operating system or XP. if you're ingame, and your game crashes without a warning dialogue box. This is what I did to solve the problem.
I will not be responsible for any damage cause to your PC. 1. Open the registry editor. start->run-> regedit2. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management3. Double click on "PagedPoolSize"4. Replace the existing value with the one of the three listed below using hexadecimal//choose either one0c000000 <---192mb10000000 <---256mb18000000 <---384mb5. Restart your PC6. Enjoy grandchasePS: I used the 256Mb value.ATTENTION: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS - SYSTEMS CAN BE DAMAGED
--------------------------------------------------------------------
What this does is basically pool more memory into your frontmost task. EG:Grandchase. No other data will be streaming through other programs, just to reach your Grandchase client. So, in other words. try not to have anything open while playing anyways, but if you must. it shouldn't be a problem now.
ALSO, REMEMBER YOUR OLD VALUE. The number you replaced in your DWORD, for if your systems screws up, you can set it back to your old value and you wont have a problem. agian, I hold NO RESPONSIBILITIES if you screw up your computer. You have permission to PM me regarding this. And I will answer questions in this thread.
Thank you.
