INTRODUCTION~

Hello ^_^,im Mooseinatree :) im well known for my arme techniques and my adorable outfits :)..or not ) =anyways im here because 1.alot of people have been whispering me,about 3-4 "Can you teach me how to play arme"i dont really have the time to teach everyone who whispers me so i thought i would make an advanced guide~ to show armes..you dont need to spam Fb to win~ now i have made a guide before but i have learned many other things since then~ and this will be a fun guide~ now will it be Colorful,yes will it be a good guide,i would like to think so,it would be as "In Depth" as Cow's Alchy guide o.o but i will show you how to use Arme!

Terminology~

Fb-The act of using Arme's Firebolt -->Z

Stun-The Act of Stunning your Enemy,mostly used when in lightning or savor

Earthshock-The Act of using Down Z move

Fluttering-Dashing down from a platform

Platform grab-Fluttering and grabbing from one platform

Mage-first job arme

Alchy-Second Job Arme

Lock-Third job Arme

BM-Fourth Job Arme(not released yet)

Some Techniques-

Delay Grab-ok Delay grab,this is one,if not the most useful move in Armes bag of tricks its the act of delaying a frame so your enemy is "delayed" or stunned this Allows you to grab or run away,so how to do this skill? not many Armes know how to do delay grab and it is a tricky move to master,first! you need 1 bar of mp atleast now,grab your enemy now what you want to do is have the 1st bar charged up,once charged up while your enemy is getting up release it,causing delay you may need to dash towards your enemy first,this is spammable which is very helpful

Platform Grab-Platform grabbing,this is as defined above grabbing someone from a platform,to do this its pretty simple you just need some good timing,find your spot,if you see and enemy you dash while hitting down so you should have dashed the direction you wanted,then down now grab your enemy,chances are you probably missed and fb'd even i do it sometimes it just takes practice

Combos~

now its time to show you what you can do with certain moves to increase your damage

LIGHTNING COMBOS- lightning is a very very good move,it stuns your enemy,causes a massive amount of damage and can be used for so many things

Lightning Grab-A well known technique is Lightning grab which is the simple act of lightning then grabbing simple yes,effective,very

Lightning Bubble-A Technique that might not be well known but pretty dam useful,Lightning then use Sabor or Bubble likei call it :) which is the 1st bar White Magic skill,so you can 1.do Lightning damage 2.Get a Shield 3.Grab causing grab damage

Lightning Stone Curse-a Simple Technique,using Lightning,then Stone curse i dont suggest this because its pretty dull and button mashers can easily take less damage then grab damage but it could be useful i suppose

Lightning Arrow-Using Lightning,then Using Shining Arrow which is the 1st bar cash skill very good damage,specially if you follow up with a grab

Stone Curse-

not much you can do with stone curse but ill share my knowledge

Stone grab-this is like Delay grab,simply use Stone Curse,then while your enemy is getting up use 1st Bar,Sabor and grab,

Meteor-

Meteor Moose will show you some good techniques to destroy people with meteors :)

Spawn Kill Meteor-now this works with everyyyy job beside Arme now think about this,every job/character starts off with no mp (besides arme) kill someone,simple enough now make sure you have 3rd bar when they spawn use meteor they now have no mp to dodge meteor

Meteor-some people dont use meteor very well..its a simple trick but alot of people forget it to best use meteor please for the love of Battlemage! use meteor on the ground! mostly in the middle so it hits everyone

Anti Gravity-

Anti Gravity if your 2nd Bar White Magic skill alot of things can be done with this move

Anti Grab-this skill is pretty hard to explain,but ill try my best all you do is use Anti Gravity now when they're about to fall grab them its a hard move and i wish i could video it but.maybe i will >>

Anti Curse-use Anti Gravity now if you can time this right Stone Curse when they're in mid air<<<--- this should stone curse them but! they will still take Anti Gravity damage :)

Anti Bubble Grab-now this is kinda hard to time but,use Anti Gravity then when they're in Mid Air<<<--- use Savor this should delay them mid air,just grab,

Catch-

Catching is a very hard skill to master,but once you get it,delay grab,and grabbing from Anti Gravity will seem easier then ever

for this skill you stone curse your enemy at a ledge,so they fall down i use Elven Forest for this now while they're in stone curse drop down to the little hill like this~

now when they're falling you can dash and grab them,its a hard skill to master,and its hard to explain via forums xD

FireStorm~

Spawn Storm:

Simple: Firestorm on a just spawned opponent. Yes Meteor can work, but there are ways around it even if they spawned, especially in a team match. Do try and be careful that you don't do what I sometimes do, and grab them in the middle of it. <<

Useful Pets~

The most useful pets imo are the bottom 4

Koo'ka-Anti Gravity your enemy first,now attack with Koo'ka look what happens :)

MingMing-Anti Gravity your enemy first,now attack with MingMing look what happens :)

PengPeng-Anti Gravity your enemy first,now attack with PengPeng look what happens :) if done right,your Anti Gravity damage is now your Pet damage :)

Ice Fairy-Freeze your enemies :) simple enough you can do so many combos i could keep going on and on

Diffrent Jobs mean Diffrent Strats~

its time to show you guys some strats i use when facing diffrent characters

ELESIS-

so for elesis,all armes have to consider 3 things

1.What job is the elesis playing( ill cover 1st job for now since its the most played)

2.Can this elesis step or not

3.how well can the elesis control his/her step

ok so now my strat for beating an elesis is pretty much timing,then delaying grabbing the best kind of technique is Delay grab while facing an elesis because they're to be the easiest grab target in the game delay grab an elesis 3-4 times its gg, now dont ABUSE IT but i also use fb why? because out of all character elesis runs into fbs most 1-2 fbs will do it do rebember elesis has a short range,so keeping your distant helps

Arme-

now with arme vs arme its a long battle,DONT and i mean DONT 1v1 an arme unless you have 15 minutes+ of time if both armes are skilled its going to be a long match,things to consider?

1.the Armes job(1st job only this time :) )

2.Does the arme fb spam..

ok so for Arme vs Arme the match will pretty much be..its going to be intense what both armes will do,trust me i do it to,is Charge up 3 bar,now its up to you! what you're going to do with those 3 bars,now both armes will use there 3 bar,now if one uses meteor,i dont suggest this at all! because its so easy to counter out of,and you are now down 3 bars while your enemy has 2,what i suggest? using Lightning or Anti Gravity,you now have 1 bar,incase of another meteor attack,Always keep savor on! it helps stone curse damage at times,it helps alot,alot alot always keep that on now this will continue,i suggest going on the offensive and charging (use some common sense) this tends to throw the other arme off gaurd~

Lire-

now..Lire...is the hardestt out of every character to kill,why? because arme has no arrow defence! they take full damage i can beat certain lires now what you need to do is consider 1 thing only

1.what..can i do

there are only a few things that i have found effective to kill a lire one,delay grab them to death (it works) or lightning them to death,it doesn't do the best damage,but it does some what decent damage what i perfer is to Anti Gravity them to death,now since Lires first reaction to someone coming near them is "Eek! run!"so Anti Gravity a good distance away,they will run right above it, and die. :)

ill add Lass,Ronan,Amy,and other 2nd/3rd job later :) this guide has much to be added :) but for now i leave you with this

Part 2~ GOOD ARME TEAMS?

This is the part where i pretty much say what teams i think are good with arme~ if you like to add in,then tell me the combo,and tell me why you think they're a good team

Elesis/Elesis/Arme

Myself,SneakySmaker and etesy went far in the tourny with this combo,

how does this setup work? well lets see some techniques to be used are Lightning then have the two Elesis go and combo your enemies you could athene sword and now you and your already high damage elesis will do even more ,you now have cover from those annoying lires ,with 2 elesis the elesis should be getting the lire,making you live alot longer if you're elesis have stormblade this makes the combo even better Lightning=Stun+Stormblade=Insta Kill its a good combo ,i would say both elesis would have to be 1st job and Arme 1st job,but play around with it
