I have a question related to Error 72 D: Please atleast TRY to help xD

Okay, First of all! Many people have been talking about something called "AVG" , and their saying that  I should turn the residential shield off. Well first of all.......... What is a AVG? XD I tried using the search button. Didn't get any good results. So i'm wondering what is a AVG and how i could locate where the residential shield options are. Now i also have another question :3 Some people have been saying to Move/Rename the game guard folder and Gameguard.des file. I've done that and it re-downloaded the missing stuff but still ... didn't work. The same message Error 72- Gamemon failed to initialize. Please restart your computer and try again. So um, has anyone found ANY OTHER solutions OR clues to this Error? Please respond soon :) i've had 3 days of COMPLETE boredom. I've re-installed GrandChase 11 times. Re-download 4 times and TRIED that More/Rename gameguard thingy like 9 times!

STILL failure. Please help out. Atleast try to help out or bump ! XD I hope i can start playing GrandChase again.... SOON. I was soo close to reaching level 40 and getting to wear my luna equips ! Anyone? D: Help me please? :)  I really wanna get on and turn level 40 xD And many others want to find the solution xD There are ALOT of people that USED to be stuck on that. But , not many anymore :(    There are very little people that have topics about this recently.  I tried the search button ,yes and all i got was the Game guard folder thingy. The other AVG stuff is too confusing since i don't even know what AVG is xD

avg is an antivirus program

i seriously doubt a virus is the problem but run a full system sweep

then (i know youve done this alot) uninstall grand chase trun your computer off and UNPLUG THE POWER (this will make sure evrything is clear) then after about an hour or so (15 mins if your despeerate) go and reinstall gc from a diffrent source such as the remote dls xfire or segmented if all this does not work then it is a computer registry issue and unless your an advanced computer user i wont go into that make sure you have direct x 9c as well (http://filehippo.com/download_directx/)

I do have direct X 9c but, on the "i seriously doubt a virus is the problem but run a full system swerrp" I just wanted to know what an AVG is because many people say something about the Residential shield thats blocking your game mon to initialize. People also say that GameGuard is a virus but its not harmful. Its a protective virus. So i just wanted to know so i can disable that program .  So uh. i have a PC check up thingy from norton and i used it but , only 1 tracking cookie  was found. it was rated low so it isn't sooo harmful.  But i don't have an ACTUAL Anti-Virus. but i do have a Check-Up program xD  Also i did set-up my fire wall to allow GrandChase to run. This Error 72 is a hard problem! But, we might solve it out! xD

once again avg (free) is an antivirus that doesnt agree with gameguard try turning off your firewall temporarily

Er....yea about that... When i try to turn off firewall ... it doesnt do anything ;O it goes back to on. Same with all the firewall settings. ALSO i tried downloading another game and it still got corrupted on GameGuard.
