sorry for being a newb about this topic.. i just want to know what armor sets will give special effects..

each set does not come with the cape "mantle"

other then the actaul Haste item 

what would the Absolute Power set help?

if it doesn't effect Alchemist's Poison Cloud what would it help?

It helps by making you look like Vivi, and gives you advantage in item mode!

So, useless? yeah..

Because Haste is a 95% 1HKO in the hands of an Alchemist, making it semi-useful for pvp, if you're fighting against Alchemists?

it says it doesn't work against them
only the haste item in item mode

What the heck does Haste do? And i've seen Alchys make it in Dungeons so its not only in PvP
