Elesis
There are many types of techniques for elesis, so of them you many already know.
Using these techniques you'll be "much better" O.O
(I dont want to type so much)
Rocket Step~ a 30 degree long dash into the air.
Buttons: →(→↑)
(press ↑ and → at the same time)
V- step~ ( there may be other names)you'll be jumping up and dashing back to the ground quicky
Buttons: (↑→)(→↓)
(press ↑→ at the same time)
Shadow Step~ (please don't call people hacker when Using this step) I suggest you to change your down button to another key. I placed it on x.
When using this step your character would slide on the ground. Timing have to be perfect, so i suggest you to practice before playing other players. In this step you'll have to rocket and IMMEDIATELY press down.
Buttons: →(→↑↓)
(Tap → and then press (→↑↓) at the same time)
Using Shadow step you can use a skill at the same time.

Whut are you doing T-TWhen Elesis steps roam around NaGC..People will put up no Elesis rooms...Elesis will berserk everytime a Lire targets an Elesis..-inputs all bad things when Elesis players will do steps-...Chaaaaaaaaoooooooooooosssssss....

BUT people do need to remeber that Steps do not make a good elesis..
just because you can step fast does not mean you're skilled like so many people on this game thing :)
its fine being able to go fast,but when you're stepping right into my firestorms that i accidently used.. :) not vey smart..
Moose is not mean
Shadow Step is just mashing up down and left/right (depending on whatever direction you are going.)
Flash step is >v >(^ + v). The (^ + v) you got to do in less that 0.5 sec.
KoreanMaster said its was supposed to be less than 0.2 sec O_o.
And yes adding to what Moose said, just knowing how to step is useless. You can flash step at the speed of a macro but its no use if you can't control it. Running into specials isn't exactly what you'd call "pro Elesis."
Just thought I'd contribute.
Best if you look at it as →(→↑↓) its less confusing to people.
I practiced this step for awhile everyday in practice mode, so i think you should too.
TIP WHILE SS
You can grab while SS, just hold the direction button and press atk when you reach the opponent.
You can do this when the opponent is stuck on delay.
Someone needs to write an in depth Elesis guide. Tsuna could I have permission to use your steps in a guide I'm working on? I'll give you credit of course :D. *works on rough draft of Elesis Bible*
Oh and people steps do make a good Elesis the faster you are the easier for you to move in and do easy grabs, to escape attacks and skills. Don't listen to Moose, name one pro well known Elesis who doesn't step to some extent. Horizontal movement abuse is critical for a Elesis in GC metagame.
