Tired of people bugging me for full because they need frags and half all the feathers. Instead of running Gaikoz over and over, he's an alternative way! (Note: Some people might know this, but just for the others who don't.)
~Chapter 1~: Getting the Feathers!
To get your feathers, you must run Gaikoz as 3*, some of you may not know. Anyhow, instead of doing full map for frags and seals at the same time, rush Gaikoz 3* to get all the feathers. Once you are done with that do not full map Gaikoz for frags.
~Chapter 2~: Getting the Fragments!
Instead of bugging people who dislike your complaining at their Gaikoz room, go to Marsh Of Oblivion 3*. Now, full map this until you finish your frags. If you do this with 4 people, it should only take around 7 min or less for a full map, and you'll get around 10 frags.
~Chapter 3~: The Extra!
If you're a high level Ryan who can solo Gaikoz and Marsh of Oblivion easily, I find it easier to get fragments soloing.
Amount of Fragments from Gaikoz with 4 people: 12,10,9,8,14
Amount of Fragments from Gaikoz with Myself: 20,18,21,16,12
~Chapter 4~: Having fun! ^_^
If you have followed this correctly, you are finished with your 2nd job mission! And there's also a bright side! Nobody cursed you out for annoying them in their room! Use your; Assassin, Sentinel, Alchemist, Spearman, Crossbowman, or Dragon Knight!
* = This is a star. If I put 3* it means run the dungeon as 3 stars!
Now, you go use your new character, go to practice mode, and pwn people in PvP!

I soloed gaikoz 1 star.... its not bad -- takes around 8-10 minutes for a full run
got around almost 12 frags or more per run
I`m a level 22 Lass .
I do 1* gaikoz solo .
I clear it .
And get about 8-10 fragemnts per run .
It takes me about 10 minutes .
But its fun :D
Besides .
If i rush 3* gaikoz with 4 people i get less than 5 frags per run .
And never get seals soo i guess i will try 3* gaikoz solo .
Since i can easely solo 1* :)

Wow Schemer, I feel for you... That must really suck..
Anyway.. I still find the 2nd job quests too depressing to do GP, I tried Sentinel like that and got too annoyed at the lack of feathers dropping (was doing rushes for feathers). After getting close to 200 frags and still only 4 feathers, I just cashed it. Was seeing a repeat of my Elesis spear mission there (the seals.. grr). I guess I just don't have any luck with Gaikoz.
Ryan on the other hand.. I got 20 trunks in less than 30 runs.. Don't shoot me now.. Its not my fault! I don't have control on luck, wish I did.
wow. U guys make me feel good. I got all 10 feathers in either 20 runs or less. The frags.... guy try this on for size. Hit all the opponents in the room at least 3 times. I got at least 3 frags per room for that. It may be that I'm just lucky but after getting every 2nd job this way.... I believe in it.
I don't know if it's true but for feather a.k.a. seals, try beating gaikoz 3* in 10 minutes. It's not proven to help but it works for me. Like I said, I may just be lucky.
hmm....i dont kno if this helps, but i hav all 2nd+ classes (cept sent...º0º) and here are the average frags-per-gaikoz-full-run counts
Ronan: 10-20, for 1 day it was about 15 per full
Lire: 15+, i never got less than 15
Elesis: 10+, then again..i did cash her ;>.>
Lass: 7-15....i hate sin now anyway...so i guess it was sorta a waste....
Arme: 3...i cashed her classes, all of them...with cash weps...and she's my lowest still
i kno the numbers are all over the place, but i think its pure luck...cuz the seals were killer for all...but ryan...he got all feathers in 10 runs >.>

in my experience, i think if you are more melee-typed you have a better chance of getting frags in gaikoz.
and im not sure about this, but could it be that whoever kills gaikoz gets the frag?
