How do I run GC probperly in Vista?

I tried everything, i tried compacting it to Windows XP Sevrice 2 and it still boots me to the PVP! Can someone help me?

Do you happen to know which installation file you downloaded from?

It was from the GC main site. Is that the problem?

Plus, i tried downloading the other instal file, but when i tried to extract it from the foloder, i get cannot extract cause it's empty. Can you help me?

Grand Chase's main installation file is way out of date, and the auto patch isn't reliable.  The segmented files provided by Grand Chase needs to download all the segments in order to extract the client, otherwise the file would be corrupted or missing.  Even if you were to download the segmented files, the fourth file is known to be corrupted anyways, so don't rely on it.

If you were to choose from one of the mirrors, I highly suggest downloading from the MMOSite.  The file is the most recently uploaded file, so my guess is that most of the bugs are fixed and there's less to patch.  The only obstacle is to register to MMOSite before extracting and installing the client.

Grand Chase's installation file appears to be foreign to USA's Windows XP.  To avoid any suspicious activity problems, I suggest turning off your firewalls and anti-virus protectors before installing the game.  After the game is up and running, you may turn them both on.  To save me time, I usually leave them all off.
