Lag out

Always lags, for some reason, i got good internet speed, meet the standard requirement.... and live in Canada

The farther away you are from the server, the more likely you'll experience lag.  Your problem is the location.  The closer you are to Fullerton, California, the better the connection.  If you've done everything you can to increase your performance, then there's really nothing else you can do.  Just wait for Grand Chase to improve their server.
